Abstract
本研究旨在探討台北市高職特教班應屆畢業生的就業意願及影響因素。
本研究透過文獻分析,自編「台北市高職特教班應屆畢業生就業意願調查問卷」,並經專家審訂後作為研究工具,針對台北市公私立高職特教班應屆畢業生進行問卷調查。回收之問卷,利用SPSS 11.0版統計軟體,以次數分配、百分比及卡方考驗等統計方法加以分析,獲得主要結論如下:
壹、 台北市高職特教班應屆畢業學生的就業意願
一、大部分學生有就業意願。
二、不同性別對於就業意願沒有顯著差異。
三、擁有商品整理專長的學生較有就業意願,其次是咖啡冷廚及汽車美容。擁有一至三種職業專長的學生較擁有四種以上職業專長學生有就業意願。
貳、 影響高職特教班學生就業意願主要因素
一、個人因素,包含:持有技術證照、實習成績、職業技能上的表現。
二、家庭因素,包含:母親的教育程度、父母期望。
三、學校因素,包含:教師期望、學校安排參觀職場。
最後,本研究根據研究結果提出改進建議,以供教育行政機關及職業學校輔導學生就業之參考。
The aim of research is to explore the employment aspiration of the graduates and its influential factors in the special educational class of Vocational High School in Taipei. This research goes through literature analysis and designs the questionnaire of “the employment aspiration of the graduates of the special educational class in vocational high school in Taipei”. The questionnaire has been approved by experts and its analysis is the research methodology. I focus on the graduates of the special educational class in Vocational High School to investigate their employment aspiration. After retrieving the questionnaires, the data are analyzed by frequencies distribution, percent and Chi-square ( 2) using SPSS 11.0 edition for windows software. The main results are beneath: 1.The analysis of employment aspiration of the graduates of the special educational class in Vocational High School in Taipei: a. Most students have employment aspiration. b.The employment aspiration from different sex has no significant difference. c.Students major in Merchandise Display has the highest employment aspiration, in Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning are the second, in Automobile Beauty are the third. Students who specialize on less than four skills have higher aspiration than at least four special skills. 2.The factors of employment aspiration of the graduates of the special educational class in Vocational High School : a. Personal factor : skill certifications, practical trainings, technical skills. b. Family factor : the education degree of their mothers, parents’ expectations. c. School factor : teachers’ expectancies, practical experience in factory. At last, according this research, I would like to provide some suggestions toour government education agency and the special educational class in Vocational High School as reference.
