資優生應掌握之網路安全內涵分析之研究:以某國小高年級一般智能資優資源班為例

Abstract
網際網路已無所不在的存在於學童生活中,網路使用頻率增加、範圍的不斷擴大,網路安全成為非網路世代父母隱憂,本研究以資賦與身心特殊的資優生族群為對象,期以關懷資優生網路安全的角度,探討如何提升資優學童於網路世界中自我保護的能力。本研究目的探析國小高年級資優生,學習與生活時,網路安全重要性與其相關內涵、影響其網路安全的因素、當前與未仌資優生網路安全因應之道。為了深入探討與分析網安全內涵等隱晦的內涵,故採取質性策略之深度訪談法,訪談資優生老師、級任導師、電腦老師、輔導老師、家長及資優生自身的觀點,尋求各方人士觀點以取得國小高年級資優生應掌握之網路安全重要內涵。
本研究提出結論,首先,有關網路安全的重要性及相關內涵,個案受訪對象皆肯定網路安全對於當前的國小高年級資優生來說亦是一重要課題,需著重的相關內涵為個資隱私安全、情色訊息安全、網路交友、網路霸凌,以及自殺與暴力訊息,惟各項目認同之重要程度、內容、傳播途徑及觀點有差異。而網路安全問題發生情況,家長認為與同儕一起的時候,而老師認為是在家裡上網路的時候,尤以情色資訊安全的發生情況各受訪者意見分岐。其次,關於網路安全在生活適應上的影響因素,以同儕為最主要的因素。而資優生生活重心圍繞學業,網路安全問題相對較不易察覺。新傳播科技對資優生各項網路安全內涵造成影響及改變,電腦課程規劃尚待跟進。資優生對於訊息內容相對敏銳,當負面訊息與不明訊息過量時,影響性有待深入探討。最後,有關於資優生網路安全教育,應建立內在健全的生活觀、生命觀及價值觀,而至外在的自我保護的措施與方式,並須由受訪者在生活教育中給予不同的引導、協力與關懷。對於網路安全之負面訊息如情色訊息,應加強宣導政府提供的過濾軟體、平臺與作業系統提供的過濾功能,以及網頁與粉絲團等討論區,並建議在與孩子溝通再執行過濾措施。老師與家長需溝通,相互瞭解學生家庭及學校的網路使用情況,建立適當的溝通管道。
Internet-use proves to be prevalent throughout every corner of mod-ern life. Today's youth encounter such network ahead of their time, the range of use and the increased frequency become teenagers’ parents’ concerns as well as their wish to promote network security at home. This research focused on a special population of gifted students which belong to the physical and psychological talented group through the perspective of this gifted students' network-use security issues and analyze the how young people's ability of self-defense in the online world. The purpose for this research concentrates on elementary school's elder and gifted stu-dents' way of studying and daily life, the importance of network security factors associated connotations, internet safety in response to enhancing methods of network security. In order to explore and analyze network security connotation and hidden but related issues, I took a qualitative strategy interviews approach in undertaking interviews gifted students' teachers, grade teachers, com-puter teachers, counselors, parents and gifted students' own point of view to gain insight into elementary school level's gifted students and their mastery on network security's importance. The study conclusion proposes, first of all, on the importance of net-work security and related content, cases studies of gifted students' teach-ers, former class teacher, computer teachers, counselors and parents rec-ognize the current network security issue for elementary school upper grade gifted students especially on the need to focus on the underlying meaning of privacy, erotic messages notification security, online dating, cyber bullying as the importance of the projects, content, transmission and perspectives are varied.
