巫之祝福：黃泓達繪畫創作研究

Abstract

「巫之祝福」是以我的繪畫創作為主題的碩士論文，主要探討我從2014年成為巫觋後，藉由繪畫的方式進行以「祝福」為目的的巫術儀式，和過程中所產生的繪畫作品。本章將從我的人生經歷彙整出本研究的研究動機和目的、研究問題和研究範圍，並論述本研究所使用的研究方法和研究步驟。而本章最後是論文題目的名詞解釋，探討巫和祝福這兩個看似不相關的詞彙，其中密不可分的因果關係。第二章係進行「祝福」、「祝」、「福」、「儀式」、「巫觋」等關鍵字的文獻探討，並從關鍵字文獻探討延伸到巫的職能區分、生命歷程和社會角色，其社會角色亦是藝術家的起源。在學理基礎方面將探討從巫觋與其演化出的藝術家角色的關聯性，包括歷史文化、心靈意識和生理醫學等。本章最後將從藝術創作的角度來界定，本研究「巫之祝福」的藝術形式、藝術創作者類別、藝術的象徵性、功能，並探討歷史上相似涵義之藝術創作和作品。第三章從符號的角度來解釋研究者創作理念，並以其中和巫術有著緊密關係的符號種類圖騰論述，它同時肩負串連巫術與藝術兩個獨立的領域的任務。透過符號與圖騰的意義和功能，來闡述巫如何接收來自靈界的靈感？並以繪畫的方式，創造出屬於自己的魔法符號。第四章係探討身兼巫觋和藝術家角色的我，如何創作實踐出「神性的光輝」？神性體驗是只可意會不可言傳的抽象概念，卻也是各時期藝術最常選擇創作的題材。故本章將透過不同時期的藝術家對神性的表達的方式的歸納整理，其中能夠傳達出神性並撼動人心的作品，無疑地都是以當代科學與顯學作為藝術表現方式。故我亦選擇當代科學中，對神性體驗的研究觀點作為創作實踐，並論述使用的創作媒材：過期彩妝，在巫儀式和詮釋神性的繪畫創作中所扮演的重要角色。第五章係對「巫之祝福」的創作進行說明，透過研究者的生命歷程和繪畫脈絡，將創作時期、風格、創作目的、概念、創作過程中的心靈感應和色彩能量的運用進行系統化的彙整和說明。從十年的創作生涯中，所衍伸分出的三個繪畫系列，如何代表研究者成為巫之後的三個任務階段。第六章係研究者透過本研究過程中，所有回顧、歸納、研究到內化的省思，亦是對於巫之生命議題和藝術創作的啟發。期許本研究完成之後，能作為未來持續創作之方向參考。同時能開展跨領域、跨議題的研究合作的機會，包括科學、藝術創作與時尚產業的永續發展。The research on"Wizard's Blessing" studies the field of artistic creation, which is focused on studying how a wizard performs witchcraft rituals via painting creations since 2014. In the first, through unique personal life experience, the research motivation, objective, questions, and scope of the thesis are defined and summarized. After that, starting with the literature review based on the keywords and academic research to explore what the blessing is. The blessing in Mandarin represents two characters, which are luckiness as a noun and bless as a verb. Besides, the keywords of “ritual” and “wizard” are included. Then, these keywords expand to the academic discussion of functional capabilities, life experience, and social status. From history of the human development, it could be found that art is derived from mystery, which has the commons in culture, psychology, and physiological medicine. Therefore, the angle of art will define the category and symbol of my artwork and discuss the artwork with the same features and function.In chapter three, through the perspective of symbols, the researcher explains the creative concepts of the works to discuss the types of symbols closely related to witchcraft through totems, which simultaneously combine two independent fields of witchcraft and art. Via the meanings and functions of symbols and totems, it elaborates on how witches receive inspiration from the spirit world and creates their own magical symbols through painting.After the literature review and the concept of my magical totem art, I will mainly focus on my artistic creation, which is the most important part of the thesis. The different artistic styles in different periods use their understanding to explain the radiance of trance, therefore, I, as a “wizard” and “artist” need to figure out how to convey the radiance of trance and have the scientific perceptive at the same time. For me, all the beginning was destined, including the expired cosmetic products, which play a necessary role in my shamanic rituals and painting works.As it continues, the creative works of" Wizard’s Benediction” Printings" are systematically explained to discuss the creative periods, styles, objectives, concepts, spiritual resonance during the painting process, bedises, it is also explained how to use the color energy through the researcher's life journey and painting context. It is summarized how three series of painting work from a decade of the researcher’s creating and represent the three mission stages after being a waizard. The conclusion of the last chapter reviews all research processes of the thesis from summarizing to reflecting on myself internally. In this process, I am inspired by shamans' life and artistic creation. I hope this research thesis can provide me with a broader and deeper direction for art creation and find more cooperation in the scientific, arts, and sustainable development of the Fashion industry.
