「臺北大內藝術區」畫廊群聚的發展與挑戰之案例研究

Abstract
「臺北大內藝術區」畫廊群聚的發展與挑戰之案例研究,以臺北大內藝術區為研究範圍,本研究方法採質性分析,並且使用觀察法、文獻分析、半結構式訪談法,希望藉由以上研究方式瞭解大內藝術區的發展以及分析該區的挑戰為何,並且也希望能以此論文提供一個作為外部觀察的觀點。研究結果歸納如下:(一)透過文獻分析畫廊群聚的歷史背景,勾勒出初步研究的輪廓。並且了解畫廊的遷移路徑,以及時代變遷以降畫廊群聚的原因。(二)大內藝術區作為凝聚大直內湖畫廊群聚的群體,背後有臺北市藝術產業協會(Taipei Art Industry Association)作為主要的支持,其凝聚的方式則是藉由舉辦藝術節慶來凝聚彼此之間的關係。(三)本文爬梳2014至2019年之策展理念以及策展策略,可由每一屆策略明顯看出策展方式對於畫廊群聚的影響有其正面發展及負面發展。(四)大內藝術區作為畫廊群聚後所成立的組織,其成員主要以商業取向為目標的畫廊,以公眾性作為策展目標的藝術節慶作為聯繫會員之間的關係,在這幾年的觀察下,部分畫廊難以成功維持長久合作關係。(五)大內藝術節的舉辦,對於當地產業以及畫廊的正面影響能夠使該區其維持跨界合作之關係,策展模式的選擇亦可影響期間之連結。與此同時,大內藝術區的內部連結性尚待不足,藝術節亦沒有建立明確工作團隊,藝術區亦無研究組織,故無法有效率以及有明確手段來維繫該區發展。
The aim of this study is to explore the development and challenge of Taipei Art District (TAD) in Dazhi and Neihu district, taking Taipei Danei Art District as a main reaserching location. With the help of qualitative analysis, observational survey, document analysis and also the guided interviews, these methodologies are akin to understand the development and challenges of the Taipei Art District, which will also provide a prompted perspective from externality. The result of these researching are summarized as following: (1) In order to outline the initial contour of this study, a great amounts of related while historical archive and document was investigated to draw out this art cluster with its migrant routes and with the historical essential. (2) Besides, the annual Taipei Art District in Dazhi and Neihu district could also be considered as a symbol of cohesion between galleries in this district, where majority of members were also within Taipei Art Industry Association. (3) This study had also focused on the curative idea and strategies within the scope from 2014 to 2019 to observe its effect upon gallery cluster. (4) On the one hand, the consideration of the commercial interest, major members in TAD pursuing for, shall stand against the initial idea of an art festival in pursuit of the public. As a result, some members departed after years. (5) In conclusion. The influence from TAD shall have a positive impact upon the local galleries and industries with its cross-disciplinary cooperation. Meanwhile, the execution of related activities to connect the whole district is ineffective because the internal organization of TAD communicates insufficiently, the construction of a working team is unclear, and also a researching organization upon this phenomenon is lacking.
