dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this article was to examine the concept of Optimal Development Planning for Gifted and Talented Education developed by K-12 Education Administration, Ministry of Education in Taiwan. The author compared and contrasted the White Book of Gifted Education and the Special Education Act, and expected that this study could contribute to future work in Taiwan’s gifted education.en_US
