腦磁圖儀在年輕女性生理期經痛及精油對於大腦活動影響之特性研究

Abstract
為了探討生理期時女性的專注力及使用芳香精油是否能舒緩生理期不適進而提高專注力,因此進行將實驗分為一般與生理期經痛兩狀態,在兩狀態下再分出有無使用精油,相互比較探討行為數據及大腦活動。本研究總計有31位無任何精神疾病史的年輕生理女性參與,使用腦磁圖儀系統(MEG)與核磁共振影像(MRI)搭配記錄獲取數據。能夠獲取行為數據、眼動訊號、心跳訊號、α波、θ波、β波、腦區的活化強度與M170出現時間。行為數據部分生理期確實影響作答狀態,使用精油使生理期作答狀態變好。α波不論什麼狀態使用精油均強於無使用精油,生理期α波強於一般狀態時與文獻相符。β波一般狀態下使用精油強於無使用精油。Ceneus L生理期經痛狀態使用精油使該腦區視覺相關功能活化優於無使用精油。Fusiform Gyrus L一般狀態與生理期經痛狀態推測其腦區功能的視覺部分由於身體狀況而調節活化。Inferior Occipital Gyrus L及 Fusiform Gyrus一般狀態下有使用芳香精油激優化腦區所掌管的視覺記憶與視覺運動的功能,進而讓M170出現時間提前。
In order to explore women's concentration during the menstrual period and whether the use of aromatic essential oils can relieve the discomfort of menstruation and improve concentration, the experiment was divided into two states: normal and menstrual pain, and then whether the essential oil was used in the two states. Comparatively explore behavioral data and brain activity. A total of thirty-one young physiological women without any history of psychiatric disorders participated in this study, and the data were recorded using a magnetoencephalography system (MEG) combined with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). It can obtain behavioral data, eye movement signal, heartbeat signal, alpha wave, theta wave, beta wave, the activation intensity of brain area and the appearance time of M170.In the behavioral data, the physiological period does affect the answering state, and the use of essential oil improves the answering state during the physiological period. Alpha waves were stronger than those without essential oil in any state, and the alpha waves in the physiological period were stronger than the general state, which was consistent with the literature. The use of essential oil in the general state of beta waves is stronger than that of no essential oil. In Ceneus L, the use of essential oil during menstrual cramps can activate visual-related functions in this brain region better than no essential oil. The general state of Fusiform Gyrus L and the state of menstrual pain during menstrual period speculate that the visual part of its brain function is regulated and activated due to physical conditions. Inferior Occipital Gyrus L and Fusiform Gyrus generally use aromatic essential oil to stimulate the visual memory and visual movement functions in the optimal brain area, which in turn makes M170 appear earlier.
