台灣大專院校學生輔導中心的評鑑研究 - 以國際諮商服務學會的評鑑標準來探討

Abstract

本研究的目地是以國際諮商服務學會的評鑑標準來評估台灣大專院校學生輔導中心。資料收集來自問卷填答,研究對象為全國大專院校學生輔導中心,研究結果以量化的統計方式處理及呈現。 研究問題的結果透過資料分析及討論而產生。第一,國際諮商服務學會的評鑑標準適用於評估台灣大專院校學生輔導中心。第二,大學及學院兩類學生輔導中心在許多諮商服務的評鑑項目上,並沒有達到重要的顯著差異。第三,整體而言,在充足的準備下,台灣大專院校學生輔導中心應可達到國際諮商服務學會的認證標準。最後,輔導人員的資格、人力分配及工作量是台灣大專院校學生輔導中心的主要問題。最後,研究者提出建議作為提升台灣大專院校輔導中心的服務品質的參考。
The purpose of this research is to conduct an evaluation research on the university and college counseling centers of Taiwan using the accreditation standards of the International Association of Counseling Services (IACS). The data was collected through surveys sent to counseling centers across Taiwan, and results were calculated quantitatively. The answers to the research questions proposed were generated through data analysis and discussion. First, the accreditation standard of the IACS is appropriate for evaluating Taiwan’s university and college counseling centers. Second, there are no major significant differences between the university and college counseling centers in Taiwan regarding their services. Third, as a whole, Taiwan’s university and college counseling centers have the potential to be accredited by the IACS, with well-preparations in advance. Last, qualification and the distribution of counseling personnel and their workload are the most problematic area in Taiwan’s university and college counseling centers. Recommendations were made for adjustments needed in order to enhance the quality of counseling services provided in Taiwan’s university and college counseling centers.
