國中童軍團服務活動學習成效之研究─以臺北市某國中為例

Abstract

本研究旨在探討國中童軍學生參與服務活動後的學習成果,以及影響其學習歷程的相關因素。研究場域選定臺北市某國中童軍團19位學生,採用混合方法研究設計,結合問卷調查與半結構式訪談蒐集資料,以全面掌握學生的學習經驗。量化部分以「服務學習經驗與成長量表」進行服務活動後的分析,評估19位學生在自我認知、人際互動、智性發展與公民責任等四大層面的成長變化;質性部分則藉由量化後的結果,抽樣3位學生進行半結構性訪談,深入探究學生在活動參與過程中的轉變與學習歷程。量化結果顯示,學生在自我成長、人際互動、智性發展與公民責任四層面皆有正向提升,尤以公民責任成長最為顯著;且幹部經驗、服務資歷與年級等背景變項亦對學習表現具一定影響。質性分析進一步呈現學生於服務歷程中展現自我認識、溝通協調、問題解決及社會關懷等能力的發展。在國中童軍團服務活動推動歷程中,組織架構與領導風格、學生動機與特質、活動設計品質及學校文化支援,為影響學習成效的四大關鍵因素。綜合討論指出,童軍服務活動不僅促進多元素養與價值內化,也實踐「做中學」與十二年國教核心素養的理念,具有高度教育潛力。研究最後提出深化活動設計、強化制度支援之具體建議,以供未來實務推動與研究發展參考。本研究驗證童軍服務活動具備豐富的教育意涵,童軍服務活動不僅是素養導向課程設計的重要載體,亦具備跨情境學習與全人發展的潛能。未來建議教育單位應加強活動設計、引導反思及制度支持,並擴大研究至多場域、多族群,以深化童軍教育之理論與實務貢獻。
This study investigates the learning outcomes of junior high school scouts engaged in service activities and explores key factors influencing their learning experiences. Conducted in a Taipei-based scout troop, a mixed-methods design was used, combining questionnaires and interviews for a comprehensive analysis.Quantitative results showed improvements across self-awareness, interpersonal skills, intellectual development, and civic responsibility—most notably in civic responsibility. Background factors such as leadership roles and service experience also impacted outcomes.Qualitative interviews revealed students developed abilities in communication, reflection, problem-solving, and social concern, deepening the understanding of their transformation during service.Four factors influenced learning effectiveness: leadership structure, student motivation, activity design, and school culture. These elements supported the integration of experiential learning and competency development aligned with Taiwan’s education goals.Overall, the study confirms the educational value of scout service activities. It recommends refining program design and support systems while encouraging broader research to expand the impact of scouting in education.
