藥師的醫病共享決策、健康素養與用藥諮詢能力執行之研究

Abstract

本研究目的為探討國軍醫院藥師背景、醫病共享決策知識及態度、健康素養知識及技能、用藥諮詢能力執行的現況與其關係。本研究於民國111年調查國軍醫院藥師，使用自擬式結構問卷，採電子問卷方式，共計收案206位藥師。研究結果如下：一、藥師對醫病共享決策為正向，藥師醫病共享決策知識與態度在背景變項有顯著差異，具備教師證書藥師的醫病共享決策知識及態度得分較高。二、藥師用藥諮詢能力傾向經常執行，藥師學歷越高、具備教師證書藥師，及在醫學中心執業的藥師，其藥師用藥諮詢能力執行愈佳。三、藥師醫病共享決策知識與態度、健康素養知識與技能、及用藥諮詢能力執行呈顯著正相關。四、多變項分析結果顯示藥師醫病共享決策知識及態度得分越高其健康素養技能越佳。五、多變項分析結果顯示藥師健康素養技能得分越高其用藥諮詢能力執行越佳。依上述結果，建議強化藥師醫病共享決策及健康素養之教育訓練，以提升藥師用藥諮詢能力執行。This study explored the status of and relationships among sociodemographic background, knowledge, and attitude toward shared decision-making, health literacy knowledge and skills, and pharmacist consultation competency practices. This study surveyed pharmacists at Taiwan National Military Hospital in 2022. A total of 206 pharmacists completed a self-administered questionnaire. The results are summarized as follows. 1. The participating pharmacists tended to have a positive attitude toward shared decision-making. Those who possessed teaching certification had higher scores for knowledge and attitude in relation to shared decision-making. 2. The participating pharmacists tended to frequently implement pharmacist consultation competency practices. Those who possessed teaching certification and worked at a medical center exhibited more frequent use of pharmacist consultation competency practices. 3. Significant positive correlations were observed among knowledge and attitude toward shared decision-making, health literacy knowledge and skills, and pharmacist consultation competency practices. 4. The multivariate analysis results revealed that the pharmacists with higher scores for knowledge and attitude toward shared decision-making were more likely to have stronger health literacy skills. 5. The multivariate analysis results revealed that the pharmacists with stronger health literacy skills were more likely to frequently implement pharmacist consultation competency practices. Based on the findings, the strengthening of education and training is recommended to promote shared decision-making and health literacy skills in order to improve pharmacist consultation competency practices.
