會展人員專業職能之研究

Abstract
隨著亞太經濟圈的形成,全球會展產業發展中心移至亞洲,由於臺灣的地理位置優越,近年來也舉辦過許多國際大型會議展覽,且伴隨著臺灣高鐵、機場捷運、輕軌等等的通車,各地交通的便利性提升,將會有助於會展產業的蓬勃發展。
本研究主要探討會展人員的專業職能,因為臺灣勞動部勞動力發展署的會議及活動規劃人員職能基準更新日期久遠,有鑑於此本研究將會重新結合臺灣、美國、澳洲對於會展人員職能的闡述,並邀請總共10位產、官、學專家共同參與,經由文獻分析與產業相關資訊收集,發展出德菲法初稿,經歷專家內容效度審查,發展出德菲法三回合問卷意見調查,且每回合描述性統計方法分析,進行會展人員的專業職能之探究。
研究結果發現會展人員之職能內涵,主要有5項工作職責、10項工作任務、12項工作產出、42項行為指標、28項知識、32項技能與14項一般能力與態度之職能。最後並依據研究結果,對於會展產業提陳實務應用與後續研究之建議,期望協助會展專業人才培訓,減少學用落差,提升我國會展產業的競爭力。
With the maturity of economy in the Greater Asia district, the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI) is shifting its focus towards Asia. In recent years, there had been many international exhibitions hosted in Taiwan due to its advantageous geographical location; along with the development of the Taiwan High-Speed Rail (THSR), Mass Rapid Transit (MRT), Taoyuan Airport MRT, and monorails and placing them into service, the enhanced convenience of transportation had also asserted the flourish of the exhibition industries. It is the intention of the author of this research to focus and analyze the professional competency of exhibition personnel due to the prolonged happening of the meetings for updating the requirements for professional competency of exhibition personnel by Taiwan’s Work Force Development Agency of the Ministry of Labor. This research reconstructed the elaborated requirements of exhibition personnel from Taiwan, United States and Australia based on the involvement of a total of ten experts from the field of production, academia, and government officials; along with academic journals and collected information to establish the preliminary Delphi draft article. The round three of Delphi questionnaire and feedback on the analysis of professional competency of exhibition personnel was developed after experts had carefully examined the validity of the contents. According to research findings, there are five constituents on work duties, ten constituents on work assignments, 12 constituents on work productions, forty-two constituents on guidelines on conducts, twenty-eight constituents on knowledge, thirty-two constituents on skills, and fourteen constituents on general ability and attitude regarding to the intimation of exhibition personnel. Based on this finding, the author of this research would like to propose suggestions on the practical application and continuation study of the exhibition industries; in hope to provide assistance to the UFI in inculcation, bridging the skills gap between education and work and to increment the competitiveness of the exhibition industries in Taiwan against international market.
