科技生活型態與語言學習媒體偏好之研究 - 以未來社會新鮮人為例

Abstract
近年來由於資訊科技的進步與電腦通訊網路的普及,網際網路的應用如雨後春筍般的蓬勃發展,資策會產業情報研究所(MIC)調查2013年台灣網友「數位生活型態」發現,智慧型行動載具已經塑造出新興數位媒體環境;E-ICP 東方消費者行銷資料庫發表2015年台灣民眾生活型態與消費行為的新趨勢,也提到「行動網路應用、離不開手機的生活」成為全民新常態,民眾對科技產品的使用不斷深化。由此可知科技進步會影響人類的生活方式,也會改變消費者的生活型態,甚至影響學習者學習方式與習慣,對企業的教育訓練產生相當大的影響。而企業教育訓練是讓新進員工快速適應公司文化與作業流程的有效快速的方法。因此本研究希望藉由科技生活型態將學習者的進行區隔,探討不同的群組偏好的學習方式。本研究以未來的社會新鮮人,也就是現在的大學生作為研究對象,用科技生活型態問卷調查研究對象的科技生活型態,並調查研究對象偏好的英語學習方式,採用問卷調查法,共蒐集研究367份有效樣本,以統計方法進行分析,將大學生的科技生活型態,區隔為善用科技、從善如流與科技觀望等三個群組,以探討不同群組偏好的語言學習方式以及分析其差異原因,最後綜合研究結果提出結論與建議。
Web applications have mushroomed flourish in recent years because of rapid advances in information technology and communication networks. The Market Intelligence& Consulting Institute (MIC) surveys the "digital lifestyle” of Taiwan netizens in 2013 and found Smart Handheld Device had shaped a new digital media environment. Eastern Integrated Consumer Profile (E-ICP) pointed out that mobile applications and smart phone become the new daily pattern for new trend of Taiwan people’s lifestyle and consumer behavior in its publication in 2015. The progress of science and technology will change the lifestyles of people; therefore, the learners have many different media for learning. This study segmented learners by technology lifestyle then explore the types of learning media preferences of different learner groups. The study explored the technology-lifestyle of college students by technology-lifestyle questionnaire and their prefered media for English learning. A total of 367 effective samples were collected and analyzed by statistical methods. The scientific and technological lifestyles of college students were segmented into three groups, there are “familiar with science and technology”, “the follower” and “wait and see”. The study explored different groups of language learning and analyze the differences. Finally, the conclutions and suggestion are proposed.
