Abstract

新店北新路商圈從清朝的河運時代,日據時期萬新鐵路,光復後開闢的北新路,一直到捷運系統的開發,帶來大量人潮,及複雜的商業活動,進一步影響了北新路商圈的商業結構及商業活動。研究者認為引入新的都市載具或運輸系統,即捷運通車後北新路商業結構有不同型態的發展,值得作深入探討之課題,此即為本論文調查研究之背景與動機。 本研究採非參與式觀察法,以北新路沿線一樓商家為研究對象,旨在調查瞭解捷運通車後對北新路商業結構的影響。經由實地普查所有商家,瞭解每個區段的商業結構、商業機能度,透過與各個研究變項之相關分析及敘述統計,分析各個區段的商業結構,並探討捷運系統對商業結構之影響。本研究具體目的在探討北新路沿線各不同區段之商業結構、各不同區段之商業機能度、各研究區段商業機能強度指標之相關分析、全區商家之商業類別與其他各相關因素之分析、捷運站出入口之人潮特性以及商家之人行騎樓空間對商業活動發展之影響。
Business activities along Beishin Road district of commerce in Shindian has passed through the era of river transportation in Ching Dynasty, railway transportation of the Wanshin railroad during Japanese occupation, the paving of the Beishin Road after Taiwan Restoration, and finally the construction of the MRT (Mass Rapid Transit) system. The evolution of these four phases brought a mass amount of people which lead to complex business activities and business structure. The researcher presumes that the introduction of metropolitan vehicles or transportation system may have promoted the development of different patterns in the business structure along Beishin Road, making it worthwhile for further investigation. The research of the impact of MRT is thus the background and motivation of this thesis. The methodology of this research is conducted with non-participative observation, targeting the ground floor shops along Beishin Road. The aim is to investigate the influence of the Shindian Line of the MRT to business structures along Beishin Road. By paying visits to all shops involved, data of the business structure and C.B.D. (Central Business District) of each segment is gathered and then analyzed to examine the influence of the MRT system by means of correlation analysis and descriptive statistics. The specific objectives of this research are the study of the business structure within different segments along Beishin Road, the C.B.D. of different segments, the correlation analysis of C.B.D. ratio for each research segment, the business types of all segments and its corresponding correlation analysis, the characteristics of the shoppers in terms of the entrance and exit of the MRT, and the influence of the space of the shopping arcade to the development of business activities along Beishin Road.
