室內設計公司創新策略之研究

Abstract
國內室內設計產業正在從設計製造向數位創新轉型升級。人力成本與施工製造成本升高、產業環境壓力增大等負面的因素。提升國內室內設計的服務流程管理水準與競爭力,建構具獨特性的室內設計創新系統,提升國內室內設計產業的競爭優勢,實現設計製造升級為服務創新及設計整合是當前重要的課題。
在策略規劃上根據個案公司組織架構的定位,從外部客戶的需求,建立出個案公司獨特的經營策略,不同的階段,組織架構彈性調整,管理模式不斷優化架構,形成一個循環式服務,由消費者、供應商、設計單位,三方構成的互信關係與互惠的商業模式。具體做法如下:
1)運用服務創新策略讓消費者縮短時間得到應有的服務。
2)通用創新數位科技虛擬3D模擬,讓供應商與消費者清楚掌握商品、材料、價格、交期。
3)以建築新建案成屋市場為主,新商業模式的推廣成為競爭優勢。
4)產業價值重組,線上服務平臺,讓設計製造與新形態商業模式結合。
本研究運用文獻探討法、個案分析法和歸納分析法等質化方法,對國內室內設計創新系統做了系統化的深入研究,探討國內室內設計創新系統的未來運作機制,藉由探討C個案室內設計公司在室內設計產業現況,了解室內設計目前的大環境。本研究運用司徒達賢老師之事業策略分析法之六大構面與營運模式的九宮格之比較及資訊軟體在個案公司的實際應用。最後,進行個案公司的相關分析,運用競爭策略,找出個案公司的效益創新與漸進式創新。
The domestic interior design industry is transforming and upgrading from “pure design and manufacturing” to “digital innovation.” Negative factors include rising labor costs, construction costs, manufacturing costs, and increasing pressure on the industrial environment. Current important issues for domestic interior design may involve the following: Improving the management level and competitiveness of domestic interior design service processes; developing a unique interior design innovation system; enhancing the competitive advantage of the domestic interior design industry, and upgrading service innovation and integrated design. Based on the position of the case company and its organizational structure, coupled with the needs of external customers, the case company creates a unique business strategy as its strategic planning. And the organizational structure is adjusted flexibly at different stages. The management model constantly optimizes the structure to form a circulation service, which consists of consumers, suppliers, design units, and a mutual trust relationship and a mutually beneficial business model. The action plans are: 1)Apply service innovation strategies to shorten consumers' time and provide the services they deserve. 2)Develop virtual 3D simulation of universal innovative digital technology, so that suppliers and consumers have a clear picture of goods, materials, prices, and delivery dates. 3)Focus on housing market of new construction projects, and the promotion of new business models to create a competitive advantage. 4)Restructure industry value and online service, create a platform to combine design and manufacturing with new business models. This research applies methods such as literature exploration, case analysis, and inductive analysis to make a systematic and in-depth review of domestic interior design, and to explore the future operation of domestic interior design innovation systems. This research also discusses the current situation of the companies in the interior design industry with focus on case C company, so the current environment of interior design industry can be better realized. This study uses the comparison between the six major aspects of Dr. Daxian's career strategy analysis and the Jiugongge of the business model to observe the practical application of information software in the case company. Finally, relevant analyses of the case company are conducted, and the competitive strategy is used to find out the efficiency innovation and progressive innovation of the case company.
