Abstract

吳俊升在學術界最廣為人知的代表作之一是《教育哲學大綱》,對於他在行政上的表現則較為陌生。在全面抗戰時期,吳俊升擔任教育部高等教育司長一職,提出了許多改進高等教育的措施,保障戰區學生的學習與生活,針對課程內容與師資進行改革與調整,除了鞏固高等教育,也為戰時高等教育揭開精彩的一頁。 為能更深入了解吳俊升在全面抗戰時期高等教育的工作表現,本文參考相關的政府檔案、期刊雜誌、學術論文等資料,力圖在前人的研究基礎上,能有更進一步的認識。 首先,本論文先探討吳俊升的學思背景,針對吳俊升為穩定高等教育,在紛擾教育意見中提出「戰時教育平時化」的思考,不僅保存了高等教育,也奠定了抗戰建國的基礎,再論吳俊升抗戰時期配合國民政府教育部,推動的各項教育政策的背景與狀況,最後進行分析討論,並提出對台灣教育的啟示。
Ou Chung-Sheng who is the author of the most well-known masterpieces—Philosophy of education. During the full-scale anti-Japanese war, Ou Chung-Sheng served as the director of Department of Higher Education. In order to Protect learning and livelihood of the student in the battleground, Ou Chung-Sheng proposed measure to improve higher education. Such as reform Course, teacher qualifications formulate. In addition to consolidating higher education, it also unveiled a wonderful page for higher education full-scale anti-Japanese war. In order to understanding of Ou Chung-Sheng's performance in higher education during the full-scale anti-Japanese war, this article refers to government archives, journals, scholarly papers and other materials. First, according to Ou Chung-Sheng's academic background, he propose the idea of "normalization of education during warfare" while the turbulent education opinion for stable higher education. It not only preserved higher education, but also laid the foundation for the war of resistance and the founding of the country. Finally, analyzing and discussing the policies by Ou Chung-Sheng during the War of Resistance.
