社區工作者核心能力及其學習策略-以萬華區為例

本研究探討社區工作者核心能力,以傳統產業型的社區工作者為主要研究對象,且以萬華區作為研究場域,旨在分析社區工作者的文化內涵、核心能力及其學習策略。研究方法以深度訪談法進行訪談十位萬華地區的社區工作者。
社區工作者為了培育應具備的核心能力以及運用合宜的學習策略,研究的重要發現為:第一點情感面上,是培養情感連結、在地精神、團隊認同以及社區認同;第二點經濟面上,首先是根據產業變化、貧窮現象與在地需求形塑出在地消費空間,其次在觀光議題上關注社區指南、遊民輔導、古蹟與老建物保存,其三則在社區裡的遊民、獨居老人等議題的討論且提供他們友善的生活協助;第三點學習策略,是需要學校老師的引導、生命歷程中學習、模仿社區人士或者善用自我主導的學習等所建構出的學習途徑;第四點是釐清社區工作者的四大類型,並進一步說明其中的核心能力、學習策略。
社區營造中心、政府相關單位以及未來欲進入社區工作的人們可以將本研究作為方向導引的參考資料,以培訓出符合社區工作者的能力與學習策略。期望本研究之論述對社區工作有興趣者,增進學習效能,快速養成必備之核心能力,以符合社區工作之需要。

The Core Competencies and Learning Strategies of Community Workers: A Case Study of Wanhua District Summary The theme of this study is to explore the core competence of community workers in conventional stores community, and adopted Wanhua District as the research field, aiming to analyze core competence and learning strategies of community workers. The method of In-depth Interviewing of ten interviewers is applied to this research. From the Literature review and the interview, the key findings are cultivating emotional connection, local spirit, team identity and community identity in the emotional aspect. In the economic aspect, referring to the changes of industry, poverty and local demand to shape the localized consumption space; then, on tourism purpose, concerned about community guides, homeless service, the preservation of monuments and old building; discussions of the related issues of elderly living alone and vagrant and how to friendly offer the living assistance to them. And pay attention to learning strategies, from school teacher guidance, life history, imitate community workers or make good use of self-directed learning. The last , to clarify Four types of community workers with further explanation of their core competencies and learning strategies. According to our research, we recommend the followings for Community Empowerment Network, government, and those who dedicate himself to engaging as community workers in the future, this research could be a direction guidance. It is expected that our findings in this study will be a benefit to enhance learning effectiveness, and quickly develop the core competencies.
