童軍參與專科章考驗之現況與意見調查

Abstract
本研究從專科章考驗之課程要素切入,調查童軍參與專科章考驗之動機與滿意程度,以求暸解專科章之成效、專科章考驗的實況與參與童軍的滿意度,採立意抽樣、方便樣本方式進行調查,有效問卷156份。就教學目標而言,參與目標與達成成效結果頗為一致;所能學習到的個人價值觀則是「準備」;而「標準不一」則是考驗缺失中的爭議概念。就參與情形而言,團部環境與團長為童軍是否能獲得良好專科章訓練的重要關鍵。調查發現專科章數量已合於晉級標準者近半數尚未晉級,其中獅級則是專科章活動中童軍能否繼續晉級的重要階段。另外,對於參與童軍而言,專科章考驗可能僅是參與童軍活動時的附加活動。雖然專科章為行義階段重要活動,但部分項目卻是童軍階段得分較高,頗值得思考與改進。
This study surveyed the particiration motivation and satisfaction of scouts participate in the merit badge program by curriculum theory. A total of 156 questionnaires were completed. Some findings are presented as follow: 1. Environment and scout master of units are the key of training. 2. The Lion scout rank is the key stage of advancement. 3. The merit badge program maybe not the preferred activity in Scouting to scouts.
