視覺規劃設計導入社區總體營造之探討--以佳陽社區為例

Abstract
隨著社會經濟快速的變遷與產業結構的改變,初級產業正面臨著多重的挑戰,加上近年全球世貿組織(WTO)的加入,更面臨著全球化的競爭,伴隨著這一波又一波的衝擊不僅僅帶來社會結構的改變與產業的轉型,同時造成地方傳統文化的流失、老舊社區的凋零、居住與生態環境的破壞...等等問題。近年來行政院農委會與文建會積極推動「社區總體營造計畫」方案,目的在經由整合地方資源,對內活化在地文化、凝聚社區意識,對外因應產業之轉型並提升國內觀光層次。筆者所研究之佳陽社區即面臨如此困境,然而社區的發展與企業的發展背景著實不同,社區更具人文、教育、社會等等面向的考量,除傳統經濟面向的著眼點,更需兼顧文化傳承與凝聚社區意識的觀點。
地方產業的轉型與升級已成為近年舉國各界重大的議題,有鑑於佳陽社區所面臨內外交錯種種衝突。本研究計畫由社區總體營造之理論架構與本持以人為本的精神出發,以文化與視覺的觀點,經由統整佳陽社區之人文、歷史、產業、觀光、生態等等構面,融入視覺形象規劃設計,導入視覺形象的社區識別設計與現代化的行銷方式,將有助於地方形象之提升,期能有效振興地方產業。視覺化的導入不僅單方面提升其經濟競爭力,同時可經由居民的共同參與、歷史追根、社區認識,進而展開社區自主的規劃設計並對地方產生認同,此為本研究主要目標。
After a rapid change of both economic and industrial structures within the entry of WTO, traditional industry is facing various challenges including globalization. It follows not only lost of local traditional culture but also declining of old community, ruin of living and ecological environment and etc. So is the community, in my research, Jya Yang Community. But the paradigm of construction of community and development of enterprises is not the same thing. Concerning about culture, education, and society beside traditional economic view, we should emphasize culture and focus on consciousness of community. This research plan is based on “Community Overall Construction Plan Theory” and “Humanism” with integrating local culture, history, industry, sightseeing, ecology and so on. It combines visual image design and guiding the visualizing design and modern marketing for lifting local image and local industry. Visualization not only lifts the power of local economic competition but improves the identify of community and the ability to design plan independently via inviting members to participation, discovering their own history and community.
