台北縣國民中學學生電腦網路素養之研究

Abstract

本研究之目的旨在探討台北縣國民中學學生電腦網路素養現況以及探討影響國中學生電腦網路素養之因素，進而提出增進國中學生網路素養之因應策略。 本研究採問卷調查收集國中學生電腦網路素養現況。首先透過文獻探討以瞭解國中學生應有的網路素養及其可能影響的相關因素，據以設計電腦網路素養問卷，針對台北縣教育行政九大區之公立國中為對象，每一區抽取一半以上之學校，每所學校從一、二、三年級學生中各抽一班接受施測，共計抽取43所學校、4868位學生進行問卷調查，其中有效問卷4033份，將所得資料分別以單一樣本t考驗、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析（One-way ANOVA）等統計方法，進行資料分析與處理。研究獲得下面結論： 一、整體而言，台北縣國民中學學生在電腦網路素養已達顯著水準，在中等程度。 二、個人背景因素方面，顯示性別對國中學生電腦網路素養整體表現上有顯著差異；而學生就讀不同年級在電腦網路素養整體表現上並無顯著差異。 三、學校環境因素方面，顯示學校所在區域對國中學生電腦網路素養整體表現上有顯著差異存在。 四、家庭環境因素方面，顯示家中有無可上網的電腦設備對國中學生電腦網路素養整體表現上有顯著差異存在；家長是否會限制孩子上網時間對國中學生電腦網路素養整體表現上有顯著差異存在。 五、電腦網路經驗因素方面，顯示使用電腦網路的年資對國中學生電腦網路素養整體表現上有顯著差異存在；最常上網的地點對國中學生電腦網路素養整體表現上有顯著差異存在；上網最主要的內容對國中學生電腦網路素養整體表現上有顯著差異存在。

The purpose of this study is to discuss junior high school students’ literacy in computer network and the factors which influence junior high school students’ literacy in computer network in Taipei County, and then try to adduce the appropriate strategies in order to improve junior high school students’ literacy in computer network. This study takes the step to collect questionnaires about junior high school students’ literacy in computer network. First of all, the questionnaires about junior high school students’ literacy in computer network is based on the discussion through references to figure out the essential literacy in computer network junior high school students should have and its related factors that may influence it. The object of this study focuses on the students of public junior high schools from the Nine Educational Administration Sections in Taipei County. The samples are chosen from more than half of the schools in each section, each class from the first, the second, and the third grade of each school. It’s consisted of four thousand eight hundred and sixty-eight questionnaires, which are finished by students from forty-three junior high schools. This study contains four thousand and thirty-three effective questionnaires. Information is analyze and handle though the methods of statistics such as , and One-way ANOVA. Conclusions of this study are the followings below. A. Generally speaking, junior high school students’ literacy in computer network from public junior high school in Taipei County has been to certain level, the middle one. B. When it comes to the factors of personal background, there are obvious differences between sexual items on the issue of junior high school students’ literacy in computer network. However, age issue won’t apparently influence the performance of students on literacy in computer network. C. According to the factors of campus surroundings, the area, which the school is located in, has obvious difference on junior high school students’ literacy in computer network. D. Because of the factors of home surroundings, there are apparent differences on junior high school students’ literacy in computer network, if students have the equipment of computer to surf the Internet. Furthermore, whether parents limit the time children surf the Internet or not differs the result of this study evidently. E. Due to the experience of computer network, it shows that the longevity of using computer network influences junior high school students’ literacy in computer network obviously. So do the location where students go there to surf the Internet most often and the content on the computer network.
