高中職身心障礙學生的生涯困境

Abstract

目前我國已有許多身心障礙學生進入高中職就讀,他們依其性向與志願,於畢業後選擇繼續升學或就業,此刻他們正處於生涯的重要抉擇點上,由於身心障礙學生身體及環境上的障礙,使他們在生涯路上比同儕走得更為辛苦。本文以相關文獻與筆者的實務經驗,闡述實發工作中所見身心障礙學生的生涯困境,並針對此困境提出討論與建議。
There are many students with disabilities in senior high schools. They are on the turning point in their career and have to make decision to enter the employment market or postsecondary education. They face more challenges than other teenagers in the career because of having disabilities. This article discusses their disadvantaged career situation based on research studies and the author's teaching experiences. Suggestions are also provided.
