六龜音樂關懷營之個案研究

Abstract
本研究旨在探討溪水藝術關懷發展協會舉辦之「六龜音樂關懷營」,分析其緣起與發展、教學模式、面臨的困境、解決方式與未來發展方向。本研究採個案研究法,透過文件、參與觀察及訪談蒐集研究資料。文件資料包含書面資料、影音資料及新聞資料;觀察紀錄涵蓋音樂關懷營的五種課程;訪談對象包含創會理事長一人、行政人員一人、志工教師六人及學生26人。本研究結論與建議如下:
一、六龜音樂關懷營的緣起為個人發起之公益活動,逐漸發展成正式組織,隨著社會資源的投入,使營隊保持長期穩定的狀態。
二、六龜音樂關懷營為跨區域辦理的偏鄉音樂營,行政人員須提早聯繫各方師資、安排交通、分配住宿、運送器材及成果發表會等籌備項目。
三、六龜音樂關懷營的教學內容為教師與當地文化長期互動而產出的課程,並使用各大音樂教學法及多元的藝術課程,營造全面性的藝術學習體驗。
四、六龜音樂關懷營的教學成果展現在音樂知能、人際互動技能與生活常規上。
五、六龜音樂關懷營面臨諸多困境,未來發展方向仍需達成團體共識。
根據研究結論,研究者針對音樂營籌辦單位、政府單位、師資培育大學、企業與未來研究提出相關建議。
This study aims to explore the"Liouguei Music Care Camp" organized by the Xishui Art Care Development Association, focusing on its origins and development, teaching model, challenges, solutions, and future directions. This study used a case study method, data were collected through document, participant observation, and interviews. Document sources included written, audiovisual, and news materials; observations covered five types of courses; interviewees included the founding chairperson, one administrator, six volunteer teachers, and 26 students.The conclusions of this study are as follows:1.The Liouguei Music Care Camp began as a personally initiated charitable project and gradually developed into a formal organization supported by social resources, which enabled it to achieve long-term stability.2.As a cross-regional rural music camp, its administrative team handles multiple tasks. These include coordinating teachers, arranging transportation and accommodation, preparing and transporting teaching equipment, and planning final performances well in advance.3.The curriculum was developed through long-term engagement between teachers and the local culture, incorporating various music education methods and diverse art courses to create a holistic learning experience.4.The camp’s educational outcomes are evident in students’ musical knowledge, social interaction skills, and daily living routines and behavioral expectations.5.The camp faces many challenges, and its future development depends on achieving group consensus.Based on the conclusions, this study offers suggestions for the organizing body, government, teacher education universities, enterprises, and future researchers.
