Abstract
本研究目的為瞭解新北市國民中學兼任行政職務之教師推動環境教育現況,
並探討不同背景變項對於推動環境教育之差異情形。以 105 學年度新北市 80 所
國中各處室之主任、組長或副組長為研究對象進行調查,分層隨機取樣抽取 38
所國中 324 位受試者進行問卷調查,回收之問卷經統計分析獲得下列結論:
1、新北市國民中學的行政教師在推動環境教育各層面達到中上水準。
2、新北市國民中學的行政教師在推動環境教育面臨最大的困境是「推動經費不
足」及「行政人力不足」。
3、新北市國民中學行政教師推動環境教育現況,不因性別、年資、學校類型、
學校規模、任職處室或是否具有環境教育人員資格而有所差異。
4、新北市國民中學行政教師推動環境教育現況,因學校所屬分區、擔任職務及
學校是否曾獲環境教育獎項有顯著差異。
The purpose of this study is to understand the current situation of environmental education promoted by administrative teachers working in New Taipei City’s middle schools and to probe into the different background variables that would lead to the different levels of environmental education. The survey was conducted to division directors and section chief of 80 middle schools in New Taipei City in the academic year of 2016. Questionnaires completed by 324 subjects from 38 middle schools were taken as a random sample. Such questionnaires were analyzed and the following conclusions were made. 1. The level of the environmental education promoted by administrative teachers working in New Taipei City’s middle schools is better than the average. 2. The biggest problems of environmental education promoted by administrative teachers working in New Taipei City’s middle schools are insufficient fund and manpower shortage. 3. The level of environmental education promoted by administrative teachers working in New Taipei City’s middle schools will not be effected by gender, years of teaching, school type, school size, type of division, and qualifications obtained by the staff promoting environmental education. 4. The level of environmental education promoted by administrative teachers working in New Taipei City’s middle schools will be seriously effected by the district where the school is located, positions held by teachers and where if the school has received awards of environmental education.
