都蘭部落竹船文化與運動休閒之研究

Abstract
本研究目的是探討都蘭部落竹船漁獵活動過去、現在、未來從「文化、休閒、生活、產業」四個面向改變因素，從部落整體歷史發展的過程中評估它的「優勢與劣勢、助力與阻力、機會與威脅」因素為何？都蘭部落族群的「社會體質、組織結構、生活習慣、漁獵技能」與竹船文化的關係」，從調查「竹船漁獵文化」源起預期未來轉型為休閒運動之可行性。
本研究採田野調查、訪談方式進行參與寫作學習觀察之研究，將從都蘭部落早期竹船漁獵文化休閒運動領域，探討如何整合部落傳統知識：竹船制作、雕刻、造船、海中射魚、撒網、射魚技能、海洋潮汐、水流觀測、船上撒網、船上耀入水中、潛水、射魚、抓貝類、龍蝦、章魚、竹船運動競技推展為休閒運動之可行方案，並融入為部落文化產業推展為「公共造產」機制，進而維繫部落傳統社會組織、深根部落文化特色及經濟發展，改善部落弱勢族群群體生活為本研究的目的，預期結果與效益提供相關單位參考。
The purpose this study ,Explore Dulan tribal bamboo boat fishing and hunting culture and Recreational sport , From the culture ,leisure,lifestyle,sports four dimensions,the author From the trib as a whole historical development ,Assess its strengths,weaknesses,power,resistance,opportunities,risk factors why? Dulan tribal society constitution,organizational structure,habits,skills and fishing and hunting relationship,From the survey bamboo boat fishing and hunting culture originated,expected future transition to the fesibility of recreation sport. This study investigated the mining fieldwork interviews conducted research,Dulan trib bamboo boats from fishing and hunting culture recreational areas,Explore how to integrate traditional tribal knowledge: Bamboo boat making shipbuilding, sea shooting fish,net,ocean tides,currents observations,put the net on board,flow observation,jump on board dive,picking shellfish,caught lobster,octopus,bamboo boat athletic promotion of feasible solutions for the leisure and sports, promote tribal culture industry mechanisms of public-made products, Thereby maintaining tribal social organization,tribal economic development and cultural characteristics, improve tribal minorities living as research purposes.
