國民中學國文教師應用教學媒材與學生學習表現關係之研究-以台北市為例

Abstract
本研究旨在了解國民中學國文教師應用教學媒材與學生學習表現的現況,探討國文教師應用教學媒材與學生學習表現之關係,並分析不同變項,以了解國文教師應用教學媒材對學生學習表現的預測情形。本研究主要採用問卷調查法,以台北市國民中學八年級學生610位為研究對象,並輔以焦點訪談,對象為台北市國民中學一位現任國文教師;研究工具為「國民中學八年級學生國文學習表現問卷」及焦點訪談大綱。根據問卷填答結果,以獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、雪費法多重比較、皮爾遜績差相關及逐步多元迴歸等方法進行資料處理;訪談教師後即將錄音檔轉謄為逐字稿,並依據日期、訪談對象編碼處理。
依據資料分析結果,獲致研究結論如下:
一、國民中學國文教師應用教學媒材情況普遍且以「補充講義」為主。
二、不同學校環境變項之國民中學教師應用教學媒材無顯著差異。
三、不同個人背景變項與不同學校區域學生之學習表現有顯著差異。
四、不同教學媒材之應用對學生學習表現有顯著差異。
五、國民中學國文教師應用教學媒材對學生學習表現呈現正相關。
六、國民中學國文教師應用教學媒材對學生學習表現有預測力,其中以「補充講義」對學生學業成績最具預測力。
依據研究結論,分別對學校單位、國中國文教師及未來研究提出相關建議以供教學實務與研究發展之參考。
The purpose of this study was to explore the current status of Chinese instructors' use of teaching media and junior high students’ learning performance. The differences of Chinese instructors' use of teaching media under different school’s environment variables were analyzed. The differences of junior high students’ learning performance under different personal background variables and school’s environment variables were analyzed. The relationship between Chinese instructors' use of teaching media and junior high students’ learning performance was investigated. The questionnaire survey was mainly utilized for data collection and analysis. The participants of this study were 610 8th grade students at Taipei municipal junior high schools. The instrument was “The Questionnaire of Junior High Chinese Instructors' Use of Teaching Media as Recognized by Students”. The data were statistically treated by means, standard deviations, t-test, one-way ANOVA , Scheffe method for multiple comparisons, Pearson product-moment correlation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. To prove the results of the questionnaire survey, the researcher of this study interviewed one of the participants’ Chinese instructors. The main findings of this study were as follows: 1. The current status of junior high Chinese instructors' use of teaching media was common, and the use of“ the supplement handouts ”was the most common. 2. Chinese instructors of different school sizes and school regions were not significantly different in their use of teaching media. 3. Students of different genders, school regions and interests in Chinese were significantly different in their learning performance. 4. Students’ learning performance was significantly different because of different uses of teaching media. 5. There was positive significant correlation between Chinese instructors' use of teaching media and junior high students’ learning performance. 6. Chinese instructors' use of teaching media made significant contribution to the prediction of junior high students’ learning performance, and of all the teaching media,“ the supplement handouts ”had the greatest predictability to students' learning performance. Finally, based on the conclusions of this study, some suggestions were offered to junior high Chinese instructors and future studies.
