技術型高中餐飲管理科輪調式建教合作班學生權益問題之探討

Abstract
輪調式建教合作班已辦理多年,教育部國民及學前教育署定期對學校與建教合作機構辦理督導及考核,力求保障建教生權益,然而建教生是否明確熟知自身權益,尚待進一步探討。本研究為質性研究,以「兒童權利公約」首次國家報告及審查(少年版結論性意見)為架構,藉由訪談方式瞭解技術型高中餐飲管理科輪調式建教合作班學生對自身權益之現況與期望,並進一步探討「兒童權利公約」於輪調式建教合作班落實情形。研究結果顯示:一、建教生對自身權益均能勇於表達自己意見與想法,然而學校與建教合作機構卻未能給予友善回應;二、建教合作機構未保障建教生不受語言暴力之侵害;三、建教合作機構提供的休息環境與休閒活動有待改進;四、心理輔導宣導與溝通管道有待改進,且未持續追蹤成效;五、建教合作機構缺乏績效獎勵與考核制度,且未能指派單一指導人員。本研究之結論與建議,提供主管機關、學校、建教合作機構,未來法規修正與制度調整之參考依據。
This qualitative research is about comprehending the student rights in current situation which involves interviewing the students from the Rotary Cooperative Education Program in the Food and Beverage Management Department of Technological High School to further understand how The Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC) adapt to Rotary Cooperative Education Program.The research result in five parts. First, we realized students have the courage to express their opinions and ideas about their own rights, but the school and Cooperative Education Institutions failed to give a friendly response. Second, we aware of the Cooperative Education Institutions did not protect students from verbal violence. Third, the lounge environment and student’s break time activities provided by the Cooperative Education Institutions still need to be improved. Forth,the psychological counseling system for students and the communication system with students need to be efficient. Fifth, the Cooperative Education Institutions shows the lack of performance rewards and assessment systems for students.This research come up to the conclusions and recommendations based on student rights which provide a reference for the administration, schools, and Cooperative Education Institutions for future amendments and system adjustments.
