Abstract

本研究之主要內容,在於提出建立高中職社區化「適性課程改進」成效指標之方法,以利主管教育行政機關、高中職社區化合作學校的老師、學生及社區民眾,推動或參與高中職社區化時之參考。 本研究採用德懷術研究方法,主要有下列四項研究目的,包括:探討有關高中職社區化的發展背景、政策法規、實施現況等文獻資料;建構高中職社區化「適性課程改進」成效指標之構面;發展高中職社區化「適性課程改進」成效指標各構面之項目,並依指標項目的重要程度及適切程度編成五等量尺的問卷作為研究工具;最後綜合結論提出高中職社區化「適性課程改進」成效指標。 本研究之德懷術諮詢委員共十二位,共進行三次問卷調查,透過描述統計及電話溝通,建構出高中職社區化「適性課程改進」成效指標五個指標構面:(1)轉型綜合高中;(2)職校精緻發展計畫-學校類科調整或整併;(3)職校精緻發展計畫-領域課程整合或類科(組)課程整合;(4)課程區域合作;(5)建置整合型分類教學資源中心。同時將五個指標構面細分為四十七個指標項目。
The contents of this research proposed which establish an evaluate criteria on character-oriented courses in community based senior and vocational high schools. The result of this research is a useful reference for the organization and person, including our educational administration office, those schools who joining the localized high school project, and teachers, students of school, and community members. This research adopt the Delphi method, there are four purposes of this survey report. They are: The fundamental theory, political rules, and current situation of localized senior and vocational high school will be surveyed. The initial evaluate criteria on character-oriented courses in community based senior and vocational high schools will be developed. The questionnaire will be designed, based on the items and contexts of the initial evaluate criteria on character-oriented courses in community based senior and vocational high schools. All of the questions will be arranged into 5 level scales, depending on the importance and fitness of the index items. Finally, The evaluate criteria on character-oriented courses in community based senior and vocational high schools will be produced. There are 12 Delphi professionals in our consult committee. To establish an evaluate criteria on character-oriented courses in community based senior and vocational high schools, this research process the 3 surveys via descriptive statistics and telephone. There are 5 aspects of the initial effective index has to be discussed:(1)Transforming combined high school.(2)vocational delicate developing project which adjusts or integrates departments.(3)Vocational delicate developing projects which integrates courses.(4)The corporation among courses in different area.(5)Through carefully classified and integrated courses, we establish the teaching resources center of combing classified teaching and put all into 47 indication items.
