| dc.description.abstract | 本研究主要是利用氧化還原(oxidation-reduction reaction)化學法來針對廢棄之薄膜式鍵盤(membrane)內的導電銀漿(conductive silver paste)進行回收,導電銀漿內主要成分為有機聚合物和金屬銀微粒,以氧化還原化學法將廢棄薄膜式鍵盤放入硝酸溶液中進行反應,並進行反應產生出含銀的硝酸銀溶液。之後將其陽極氧化鋁(anodize aluminum oxide)模板利用脈衝電鍍(pulse-electroplating)法放入含銀的硝酸銀溶液中進行電鍍,將銀金屬填入奈米模板內。 首先將導電銀漿廢料放入硝酸溶液中進行溶解,經由氧化還原的方法使其反應產生含銀之硝酸銀的溶液,利用含有銀的硝酸銀溶液當成電鍍銀液。之後利用1%磷酸電解液將其99.7%的鋁基材製備出具有300nm孔洞的陽極氧化鋁模板,利用脈衝式定電流電鍍法將銀鍍進奈米孔洞中,將所電鍍的含銀陽極氧化鋁板進行為結構的分析,而其可經由光學電子顯微鏡(OM)先進行其電鍍銀之試片金相顯微結構觀察,再利用掃描式電子顯微鏡(SEM)來觀察其試片的表面孔洞形貌。未來可將其含銀的陽極氧化鋁板進行合金電鍍或是稀釋有毒硫蒸氣的應用。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | This study using oxidation-reduction reaction to recover the membrane keyboard (membrane) of the conductive silver paste, conductive silver paste, the main component of organic polymers and metallic silver particles by chemical oxidation-reduction reaction method, reacting between the membrane and nitric acid(HNO3) then get the silver bath composition. Putting the anodize aluminum oxide (AAO) into the bath composition to filling the silver by the pulse-electroplating method. The first, conductive silver paste waste using nitric acid dissolution to get the silver bath composition by oxidation-reduction reaction, and then prepare the 99.7% aluminum parent metals the 300 nanometer pores anode aluminum oxide template using 1% phosphoric acid (H3PO4) electrolytic solution. Using pulse-electroplating method to fill the silver into the nano pores, afterward, the microstructure analysis is using optical microscopy(OM) first to observe the template’s surface distribution of deposition of silver , then scanning type electron microscope(SEM) to analysis the template’s surface pore morphology. Further can use to dilution the sulfur vapor application. | en_US |
