國軍部隊後勤維修系統數位學習評鑑指標建構之研究

Abstract
本研究旨在建構出一套運用於國軍部隊後勤維修系統數位學習之評鑑指標,於實施三次德懷術問卷調查後並對調查結果施以重要性判定 t 檢定,獲得高度共識,得到7個構面之55項評鑑指標,55個指標均為適合,其中更有12個指標為極適合。
本研究結果之數位學習評鑑指標中極適合部份內容依構面分述如后:(1)學習者支援構面:應在學習者選課前於網頁上提供包括課程大綱、教學計畫、評量方式等與課程內容相關的重要訊息;數位學習課程網頁應將進行數位學習時所須之軟硬體描述清楚;數位學習課程網頁應提供安裝及操作系統之使用手冊;數位學習課程網頁應提供工作所需課程之線上課程查詢。(2)教學者支援構面:應能管理學習者的個人資料及選課資料等基本資料。(3)課程設計構面:課程內容應根據不同之工作經驗彈性調整課程教材;課程內容應提供執行工作所需學習之課程;課程設計應不定期檢討以符合實際需求。(4)科技支援構面:數位學習課程網頁提供二十四小時的網路連線服務,任何時段皆可上線;數位學習應可結合視訊設備以支援實作訓練;數位學習課程應可提供隨選視訊功能供學習者選擇。(5)評鑑構面:應訂定機制至少一年一次對參與數位學習相關人員實施總結性評鑑。
本研究即依結論提出相關建議,提供個案部隊數位學習應用、人力資源管理與後續研究參考。
The purpose of this study was to construct the evaluation indicators for the Military Logistics Maintain E-Learning System to promote the effectiveness of military e-learning education. Based on the service quality specification of e-learning V3.0(2009), this study classified the indicators into seven dimensions from the review of literature, possible indicators were chosen to construct the preliminary indicators system. based on the structure of interviews and research, the use of Delphi technique. According to this the result of the research, the factor that acquires very suitable index sign of the e-learning review explains as follows: (1) The factor of learning support. (2) The factor of teaching support. (3) The factor of curriculum design. (4) The factor of science and technology support. (5) The factor of review. This research is according to the conclusion and then put the Military a related suggestion to provide application, human resource management and follow-up research reference of e-learning of individual case troops.
