Abstract

臺灣近年來迭創經濟奇蹟和政治民主化,頗受世人重視,惟對於社會教育缺乏一套公正客觀且具有效度的指標,本研究即嘗試建構一套適合本土的社會教育指標,藉以瞭解我國社會教育的建樹與缺失所在。本研究邀請四十位國內社會教育領域的學者專家, 經過三次德惠法的討論修訂, 以 INPUT--PROCESS--OUTPUT 的思考架構, 最後彙整各方意見,歸納出七個層面的三十四項指標,此七個層面包括社會教育環境、社會教育經費、社會教育人員、社會教育機構、社會教育活動、民眾參與和生活品質之提昇等。
The fascination achievements of economic development and political democratization on Taiwan have attracted attentions from the whole world. But the quality of life on Taiwan island is far beyond what is expected. Even there is lack of a valid and useful indicator for evaluating the extent of quality of life and adult education here. The study is administered by Delphi method in order to emerge thorough perspectives regarding the construction of reliable and valid indicator of adult education and quality of life. After three times of Delphi communication and the participation of more than fourty scholars and experts in this field on Taiwan, a indicator of 34 items with seven dimensionalities is first time introduced in Taiwan.
