國中專任輔導教師輔導自殺議題個案的困境與復原力之研究

Abstract
本研究旨在探討國中專任輔導教師在學校輔導工作中,輔導自殺議題個案的困境與復原力展現經驗。本研究採立意取樣,邀請10位服務年資介於5年到10年的國中專任輔導教師擔任研究參與者。每位研究參與者進行半結構式個別深度訪談,訪談時間約1.5至2小時,研究方法採用質性研究之現象學方法進行資料分析。研究結果如下:國中專任輔導教師輔導自殺議題個案的困境有面對個案頻繁自殺危機產生的身心壓力、對自身處遇能力的懷疑、處遇期間對生活其他層面的影響、輔導界線的拿捏以及系統資源的合作有限性。展現個人內在的正向特質,發展適合自身的自我照顧策略,督導、同事及親友的專業與情感支持,皆為國中專任輔導教師順利度過挑戰的復原關鍵。善用過去輔導經驗帶來的學習機會,每一次的自殺議題輔導歷程所學將能發展國中專任輔導教師不一樣的處遇能力,以增加自殺輔導工作的成功經驗,提升未來突破困境的復原力。最後,本研究根據上述發現提出具體建議,提供國中專任輔導教師、教育相關單位及未來研究之參考。
The purpose of this study was to explore the dilemma and resilience of junior high school guidance counselor in working with suicidal cases at work. The participants of this study were ten junior high school guidance counselors with service experience ranging from 5 to 10 years. A semi-structured individual in-depth interview is conducted with each participant, the duration was 1.5 to 2 hours. The study was conducted with the phenomenological method of qualitative research for data analysis.The results of the study are as follows: The dilemma of junior high school guidance counselor in counseling suicidal cases include physical and mental stress caused by frequent suicide crises, self-doubts, native impacts on one’s daily lives, unclear counseling boundaries, and undesirable cross-team cooperation.As a junior high school guidance counselor, the key to overcome challengers lie in one’s positivity, suitable self-care strategies, and the professional as well as mental support from supervisors, colleagues, relatives and friends.Take advantage of past counseling experiences. What you learn along the counseling process will grow your professional skills as a junior high school guidance counselor, eventually so as to increase the contributes to successful experience of suicide counseling and improve resilience.Finally, based on the results above, the study provides suggestions to junior high school guidance counselor, education-related units and future studies for references.
