Abstract
ISO 9000 系列的基本精神、起源與發展背景、架構、國內目前實施的現況與新版ISO 9000 制定、取得ISO系列認證流程六個部分,其目的在於了解整個制度的精神、歷史、現況與未來發展方向,企業推行ISO 9000系列的實證探討和研究架構的前半部分相呼應,包含廠商推行ISO 系列認證的動機、投入過程與成功的關鍵因素及影響投入過程的相關因子。
企業文化,包含對企業文化的定義、企業文化的類型;希望歸納出企業文化的類型,企業績效涵蓋企業績效的定義、評估、衡量、與和文化之間的關係,目的在於對本研究最終之因變數做一了解、定義與歸納出各種構面的績效指標。
雖然佔有率最高的是標檢局,但其他的驗證單位有急起直追的趨勢。由於企業自行研發之風氣不盛,因此多半排除ISO 9001設計管制的部份,其驗證以選擇ISO 9001為主。在產業別的差異比較上,在獲得標檢局登錄的企業,以外銷比例高的產業為主,由此可知業務之推廣是申請ISO 9000 系列標準的重點。
