dc.description.abstract | 本研究旨在瞭解臺北市公立幼兒園課後留園運作現況滿意度及重要性認知,並進行兩者的比較分析,藉以探究現況實施滿意度及重要性認知之間是否有所差異。本研究採問卷調查的方式,針對109學年度第一學期有辦理課後留園的臺北市公立幼兒園教師進行問卷調查,共計總計發出240份,回收215份,有效問卷207份,回收率89.5%,可用率86.2%;利用統計套裝軟體SPSS23.0中文版套裝程式進行資料處理,以次數分配、百分比及卡方檢定等進行統計分析。本研究结果如下: 壹、 辦理課後留園確實能支持弱勢家庭解決幼兒學習問題、提升幼兒的人際互動關係,且為了配合政策辦理課後留園亦有助於提升幼兒園招生競爭力 貳、 課後留園師資應具有合格教師證證照、擁有幼兒園帶班經驗,且課後留園師資教師應保持穩定性高、流動率低,以確保高品質的課後留園服務 參、 行政主管機關應盡速訂定家長接送超時的相關罰則及配套措施 肆、 行政主管機關應訂定相關行政制度,如:教師請假辦法、教師考核辦法 伍、 教師們對於自己任教的幼兒園「課程與教學」的辦理現況滿意程度低於期望值 陸、 臺北市公立幼兒園教師因其背景不同對於課後留園的運作現況滿意度及重要性認知亦有所不同 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | The main purpose of this study is to investigate public preschool teachers' perception and view on after-school child care program in Teipei City. The questionnaire research method was used, a total of 240 guestionnaires were distribution, 215 were received, and 207 were valid responses. The return rate was 89.5%, the valid rate was 86.2%. The data were analyzed with fequency distribution, percentage, and Chi-square test. The findings of this study was indicated as follows: 1.After-school child care program do promote child's learning problems, improve children’s interpersonal relationships. It can't only solve the after-school child care problem for parents, but also implement government's policies and increase preschool 's recruit competitiveness. 2. In service teachers in each preschool should have certificate of conformity and preshool teaching experience, high stability and low flow rate of teachers are also important. 3.The competent authority should formulate relevant penalties and supporting measures of parents picking up overtime as soon as possible. 4.It remains to strengthen onadministrative system of after-school child care program, including means of asking for leave, assessment method.5.Teachers' satisfaction with the current situation of the preschool curriculum and teaching is generally lower than expected. 6. The background of the public preschool in Teipei effects the perception and view on the after school child care program. | en_US |
