dc.description.abstract建教合作教育在國內實施多年,歷年來培育大量優秀人才,雖然近年來因經濟不景氣、少子化及產業外移影響,對建教合作教育增添了許多新的挑戰與衝擊,但輪調式建教合作教育並未因此導致招生數降低,反而是多元教育及父母觀念的改變造就參與輪調式建教合作教育的企業及學生不減反增;加上有關部門的推動及政府多元化的配套方案,也進一步提升技術生之就讀意願。因此,本研究擬以門市服務業雇主為對象,探討其對技術生工作滿意度之情形,並比較不同背景變項之雇主對技術生工作滿意度的差異。本研究之研究目的如下: 一、 探討雇主對輪調式技術生職場工作之滿意情形。 二、 分析不同背景變項的雇主對輪調式技術生工作表現之滿意情形。 本研究以全省235位門市服務業雇主為研究對象實施普查,發出問卷235份,回收有效問卷231份,有效回收率為98%。統計方法採t-考驗、單因子變異數分析,使用SPSS統計軟體進行資料處理分析後,研究結論如下: 一、 門市服務業雇主對技術生工作之滿意度因教育程度不同而有差異,碩士以上學歷雇主對技術生工作之滿意度高於高中及大專學歷之雇主。 二、 門市服務業雇主對技術生工作之滿意度因店家所在區域不同而有差異,北部地區之雇主對技術生工作滿意度高於南部地區之雇主。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractCooperation education programs have been implemented for many years and have cultivated many excellent employees. Owing to the economic recession, the decline of birth rate, and industry migration, there are more and more challenges in the cooperation education programs. However, the rotary cooperative education programs help the cooperation education programs work well as usual. Besides, the multiple education and the change of parents’ thoughts encourage more students to join the rotary cooperative education programs. The efforts of related departments and the supportive projects providing by the government increase the students willing to join the rotary cooperative education programs. Therefore, there are two purposes of this study. One is to this study is designed to explore the convenience-store employers’ satisfaction with the students’ work and the other is to compare if there are any differences in the employers with different backgrounds. The participants of this study are 235 convenience-store employers. Questionnaire survey is used in this study. Effective questionnaires are 235, so the percentage is 98%. T-test and ANOVA are used to analyze the data. There are two main findings. First, the convenience-store employers with mater degrees have higher satisfaction than those who have BA degree or senior high school certificate. Second, the convenience-store employers’ satisfaction varies from different regions. The convenience-store employers in the northern parts have higher satisfaction than those who are in the southern parts.en_US
