Abstract

本研究旨在探討台灣形象顧問的職涯發展與企業經營策略,特別關注形象顧問的入行背景、核心專業能力,以及其如何構建穩定且具延續性的職涯發展模式。研究所稱之「企業經營策略」,係指形象顧問於個人工作室或小型公司行號經營過程中所展現之品牌定位、服務設計與市場拓展策略。本研究透過對五位現職形象顧問的深入訪談,分析其在實務服務中所需之多元能力與經營手法。研究結果顯示,形象顧問職涯成功的關鍵因素包括跨領域的專業能力、精準的市場定位、品牌經營策略的有效實施,以及良好的客戶關係管理。此外,本研究亦提出對新手形象顧問的建議:應積極累積實務經驗,強化技能多元性,並致力於與顧客建立長期合作關係。本研究結果對形象顧問產業未來的發展方向、教育訓練制度及專業認證機制,提供具體且實務性的指導意涵。
This study explores the career development and business strategies of image consultants in Taiwan, with a particular focus on their entry pathways, core professional competencies, and approaches to building sustainable and long-term career models. The term “business strategies” in this study refers to the branding, service design, and market development practices employed by image consultants operating personal studios or small-scale registered companies.Through in-depth interviews with five practicing image consultants, this study analyzes the diverse skills and strategic approaches required in their service delivery. The findings indicate that the key factors for career success include interdisciplinary expertise, precise market positioning, effective brand management, and strong client relationship strategies. In addition, the study provides practical suggestions for novice image consultants, emphasizing the importance of hands-on experience, diversified skill sets, and the cultivation of long-term client relationships.The results offer valuable insights for the future development of the image consulting industry, particularly in terms of professional training, talent development, and certification mechanisms.
