Abstract
本研究旨在探討食品及飲料製造業員工的數位轉型、工作不安全感、工作投入與數位化焦慮之間的關係,以食品及飲料製造業現職從業員工為研究對象,採用立意抽樣方式發放電子版線上問卷,回收有效問卷為438份,數據資料經輸入後,以描述統計分析、差異分析、相關分析及迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析,得到研究結果如下:一、數位轉型對工作不安全感不具有負向顯著影響;二、數位轉型對工作投入具有正向顯著影響;三、工作不安全感對工作投入不具有負向顯著影響;四、數位化焦慮會調節數位轉型與工作不安全感之間的關係;五、數位化焦慮會調節數位轉型與工作投入之間的關係。所獲致之結論可瞭解員工對企業進行數位轉型的現況認知,而後提出實務管理意涵發現與建議,以供食品飲料製造業未來推行數位轉型時之參考,並提出未來研究建議供後續研究者進行探究之參據。關鍵詞:數位轉型、工作不安全感、工作投入、數位化焦慮
The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between digital transformation, job insecurity, job engagement and digital anxiety among employees in the food and beverage manufacturing industry. 438 valid questionnaires were collected. After the data was input, statistical methods such as descriptive statistical analysis, variance analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis were used to analyze the results. The research results are as follows: 1.The effect of digital transformation on job insecurity No significant negative impact; 2.Digital transformation has a positive and significant impact on job engagement; 3.Job insecurity has no significant negative impact on job engagement; 4.Digital anxiety moderates digital transformation and job insecurity Fifth, digital anxiety moderates the relationship between digital transformation and work engagement. The conclusions obtained can be used to understand employees' current awareness of the digital transformation of enterprises, and then put forward practical management implications and suggestions for reference when the food and beverage manufacturing industry implements digital transformation in the future, and propose future research suggestions for follow-up researchers to carry out Research evidence.
