dc.description.abstract | 2012年臺港澳賽區代表隊伍臺北暗殺星(Taipei Assassins,TPA)擊敗韓國隊伍奪得《英雄聯盟》第二季世界錦標賽的世界冠軍,電子競技運動(Electronic Sports)因媒體報導而開始受到關注,電競運動選手此一職業應運而生。為了解電競選手如何擅長於遊戲,本研究從默會知識觀點著手,探究其默會知識樣貌以及該如何養成並在比賽中發揮。透過質性研究的訪談,本研究發現電競運動選手的默會知識是遊戲過程中不斷累積經驗而來,藉由節奏掌握、空間和時間距離感拿捏,進而養成遊戲總體洞察力,然面對挫折的心態與知識、能力與技巧互為表裡,也是提升自身的必要條件。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | In 2012, the team representing Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau, Taipei Assassins(TPA) defeated the Korean team to win the World Championship of League of Legends season 2. Electronic Sports began to receive attention due to media reports, the profession of E-sports players came into being. In order to know how the E-sport players to be good at the game, this research will embark on the perspective of tacit knowledge to explore the appearance of tacit knowledge and how to develop, then exert it in the game.Through the interview of qualitative research, this research has found that the tacit knowledge of e-sports players is derived from the continuous accumulation of experience during the game. Through the mastery of rhythm, the sense of space and time distance, the overall insight of the game can be developed. However, the mentality of facing setbacks and knowledge, abilities, and skills are mutually external, which is also a necessary condition for self-improvement. | en_US |
