Abstract
本研究旨在探討社團幹部感受社團評鑑指標對社團運作的重要度與該社團評鑑指標在社團運作的表現度之現況與關係。本研究主要的目的為:一、分析社團幹部對於社團評鑑指標重要度認知之現況與差異情形;二、分析社團幹部對於社團評鑑指標表現度認知之現況與差異情形;三、比較社團幹部對於社團評鑑指標重要度認知與表現度認知的差異與預測情形。
透過問卷調查法,抽樣25所大學校院106學年度社團幹部為量化分析樣本,抽樣1,200位社團幹部,以自編「大學校院社團評鑑指標問卷調查表」做為工具進行調查,回收問卷856份,有效問卷819份,有效問卷回收率68.3%。統計方法包括描述性統計、t檢定、變異數分析、相關分析、迴歸分析與IPA分析法。
本研究的主要發現如下:
一、社團幹部對社團評鑑各項指標具正向看法。
二、社團幹部對社團評鑑指標重要度會因不同性別、學校屬性、社團屬性、社團年資、社團規模、校內社團評鑑參與、全國社團評鑑參與而有顯著差異。
三、社團幹部對社團評鑑指標表現度會因不同性別、學校屬性、年級、學院、社團屬性、社團職稱、社團年資、社團規模、校內社團評鑑參與、全國社團評鑑參與而有顯著差異。
四、社團幹部若對社團評鑑指標重要度越正向其表現度也會越正向。
最後依據研究結果,對教育主管機關、學務輔導單位、學生社團幹部提出建議,以做為未來大學校院辦理社團評鑑之參考。
The research explores the current status of cognition and relationship of student cadres between the importance and performance of the evaluation index of clubs in the university.The main objectives as following: 1.to analyze the current status and difference of the cognition of student cadres on the importance of the evaluation index of clubs in the university; 2.to analyze the current status and difference of the cognition of student cadres on the performance of the evaluation index of clubs in the university; 3. Compare the differences and predictions of the cognition of student cadres on the importance and the performance of the evaluation index of clubs in the university. The data were collected in the 2016-2017 academic year. The questionnaire was adapted from previous studies by the researcher. In total, 1,200 student cadre were selected from 25 higher education institutes. 846 responses were received and among them 819 wrer valid. The valid returning rate is 68.3%. The statistical methods employed are Description statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Correlation coefficient, Hierarchical regression, and Importance-Performance analysis. The main findings are listed below: 1.The student cadres have a positive view of the evaluation index of clubs in the university. 2.The cognition of student cadres on the importance of the evaluation index of clubs in the university varies on different factors, including “Gender”,“School attribute”, “Club attribute”,“Year of the club”,“Club size”,“School club evaluation participation”,“National club evaluation participation”, and shows significant differences in the results. 3.The cognition of student cadres on the performance of the evaluation index of clubs in the university varies on different factors, including“Gender”,“School attribute”,“Grade”,“Major”,“Club attribute”,“Club title”,“Year of the club”,“Club size”,“School club evaluation participation”,“National club evaluation participation”, and shows significant differences in the results. 4.The more positive student cadres are on the importance of the evaluation index of clubs in the university, the more positive they will be on their performance. Based on the above conclusions, this study provides recommendations to educational authority, student affairs departments, and student cadres as a reference.
