臺北市運動中心女性運動參與行為與滿意度之研究

Abstract
本研究主旨在瞭解臺北市運動中心女性運動參與行為與滿意度之差異研究,係以臺北市12座運動中心女性使用者為研究對象,採便利抽樣問卷調查法蒐集相關資料,問卷內容包括運動參與行為量表、顧客滿意度量表以及個人基本資料等三個部分。共發放530份問卷,剔除資料填答不完全者,合計有效樣本為466份,實際有效問卷率為93.2%。回收資料以SPSS22.0 for Windows統計套裝軟體進行資料處理,並根據研究資料,以描述性統計、獨立樣本單因子變異數分析、獨立性考驗等統計方法,進行資料分析,本研究得到以下結果:
一、臺北市運動中心女性使用者以「未婚」、「21-30歲」比例較高,教育程度以「大學(專) 」 比例最多,職業以「服務業」為主,對自身健康情形多數認為「普通」。
二、運動參與行為「以維持或促進健康」為主,使用時段集中於「週一至週五晚上」、「夜間18:01~22:00」、每月使用頻率多為「1~4次」、單次使用「1~2小時」、並以「自己一人前往」較多、「離家(公司)進」為主要前往考量因素、每月願意花費「1,001~1,500元」在運動健身上、平均一週在運動中心內運動性消費以「250元以下」居多。
三、「不同年齡」、「不同教育程度」、「不同婚姻狀況」、「不同自評健康情形」及「不同職業」等5項人口統計變項在顧客滿意度上達顯著差異。
四、「不同運動參與目的」、「不同一天中使用時段」、「不同一星期中使用時段」、「不同使用頻率」、「不同使用時間」、「不同參與考量因素」、「不同意願在每月願意花費於運動健身上的金額」及「不同運動性消費實際花費」等8個變項在顧客滿意度上達顯著差異。
根據上述研究結果提出相關建議,以供相關主管單位、運動中心業者及後續研究者,加強與改善,讓女性使用者能有更好的休閒運動場館與環境。

The purpose of the study is to understand the difference on female exercise participating behavior and satisfaction at Taipei sports center, and the subject of the study is the female users of 12 sports centers in Taipei. Using convenience sampling questionnaires to collect relevant information, the questionnaire includes three part, sports participation behavior, customer satisfaction and demographics respectively. 530 questionnaires were distributed, incomplete questionnaires were excluded. Therefor 466 questionnaires were returned and the return rate was 93.2% of valid. The results of the study were:(1)There are significant difference on customer satisfaction among age, education level, marital status, health self-evaluation and occupation. (2)There are significant difference on customer satisfaction among the purpose of exercise participation, daily using session, weekly using session, frequency, duration, participation consideration, willing on exercise, actual cost on exercise. According to the results sports centers should strengthen and improve the follow-up, so that women can have better recreational venues and environment.
