Abstract

本研究以網路模糊德懷術及模糊層級分析法作為研究工具,發展大學生網路化學習歷程檔案之知識管理行為量表。由研究成員及專家意見來編制量表,並經過相關領域的專家填寫量表。量表決定各構面和題項及其權重值與排序,其結果皆通過信、效度檢測。可作為網路化學習歷程檔案對於知識管理行為績效衡量的用途,具有高度的彈性和實用價值。
This study is researched by web-based fuzzy Delphi and fuzzy AHP as tools, developing a knowledge management behavior scale of web-based portfolio to the university students. The scale that is formed based on researching members' and experts' opinions is modified by the relevant experts. The dimensions and issues are determined by the scale, also the relative weight value and order to the dimensions and issues. The result of scale has been tested on reliability and validity. Therefore the scale has a high degree of flexibility and practical value, can be used as web-based portfolios for the conduct of knowledge management performance measurement purposes.
