自主多模態影音學習系統對化學鍵結概念學習效應分析

dc.description.abstract隨著資訊科技的快速發展與網際網路的日益普遍,電腦多媒體融入教學的趨勢日趨明顯,其具有操作上的便利性與個人學習進度的掌控性,使得各式各樣數位學習教材倍出,並以電腦多媒體做為學習的平台。本研究以坊間某數位學習高中化學課程做為研究的素材,來瞭解學生對於使用電腦多媒體進行學習的情形,研究對象以16位學生使用學習系統進行八隅體與路易士結構概念的科學學習,於實驗進行的同時側錄學生於電腦螢幕介面的使用情形,來探討自主多模態影音學習系統課程與學習介面的使用對於化學概念學習成效的影響。 研究結果顯示經由自主多模態影音學習系統進行八隅體與路易士結構概念學習,對於概念的整體理解達顯著差異(p= .00< .05)。部分概念在論述方式上不夠明確可能使學習者產生混淆,而對於涵蓋多種概念的情形舉例說明也略顯不足。整體而言,研究對象後測答題表現皆有相當的進步,此外,自主性進行學習更能提升學習系統對於學習的成效。 對於學習系統建議(1)在課程概念上:課程內容應增加涵蓋數種路易士結構畫法原則、具有價數的路易士結構與共振情形的舉例說明。在概念呈現上,應多加利用電腦多媒體所具備的優勢,以三度空間的立體結構、電腦模擬或動畫的形式來輔助教學,透過多重表徵的方式來幫助學生連結抽象分子符號和分子內部微觀結構兩表徵間的關係,更能增進學生對於微觀分子結構的認知理解情形。(2)在介面功能上:於投影片中增加超連結功能,利用關鍵字連結相關結構進行補充說明。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractAs the rapid development of information technology and the Internet, it becomes more and more popular to adopt multimedia system into teaching and learning. For student users, multimedia system is quite accessible to them.They can control their studying schedule by themselves. Therefore, a great variety of digital multimedialearning materialshaveemerged nowadays. One specific digital learning material of chemical course for high school is chosen as the research source.Our research focuses on understanding how students achieve learning in the process of using the video learning system. We invite 16 students to watch chemical Octet Rule and Lewis Structure video lessons and record their state of how they interact with the system interface. Then we analyze the result and discuss how self-paced video learning system and its interface influence learning of chemical concepts. The research result indicates that when learning Octet Rule and Lewis Structure from self-paced video learning system, it reaches the significant difference for understanding the overall concept (p= .00< .05). However, it is not clear enough when illustrating some concepts and it may get our research participants confused. Also,it gives insufficient examples to support some conditionsthat cover multiple concepts.As a whole, our researchparticipants all have great improvement in the later examination performance.Moreover, the self-paced video learning system has better result for those participants who are more willing to do self-learning. For our recommendations tothedigital learning system: Firstly, in the aspect of course concept, it is suggested to add more drawing principles covering several Lewis Structures and more examples for illustrating Lewis Structure with valance electrons and resonance condition into course content. In the concept presentation, the advantages of computer multimedia should be highly utilized to assist teaching through multiple representations, such as three-dimensional structure, computer simulations or animations. It can help students build the linking of abstract molecule symbols and internal microstructure of molecules. It can foster students' cognitive understanding of the microcosmic molecular structure. Secondly, inthe aspect of functionality of system interface, adding hyperlinks into slides to let learners link to related structures by keywords and make further explanations.en_US
