我國兩大政黨陣營選舉策略、組織動員與配票方式之比較研究-以第五屆立法委員台北市第一選區選舉為例

Abstract

論文摘要本研究主要是以台北市第一選區（士林、北投、松山、信義、內湖與南港）的立法委員選舉作為研究主範疇；從政黨的選舉策略（包括了文宣、議題與媒體的採用）、組織動員（黨內與地方）以及配票方式來看民進黨與國民黨在第五屆台北市第一選區立法委員選舉的比較研究。本文的研究架構，主要將重點分為三大區塊來討論，有「選舉策略」、「組織動員」和「配票方式」，並以泛藍與泛綠兩大陣營的選舉方式來一一探討分析。因此，本研究之主要目的如下－（一） 比較分析第五屆立法委員台北市第一選區選舉之選舉策略。（二） 比較分析第五屆立法委員台北市第一選區選舉之組織動員。（三） 比較分析第五屆立法委員台北市第一選區選舉之配票方式。是以，筆者期望引領出新的或較好的選舉模式與結論。

AbstractThe Legislator Election in the First Region of Taipei City (Sin Lin, Peitou, Songshan, Xinyi, Neihu and Nangang) is the major scope of this study. The Comparative Research of DPP and KMT in The Fifth Legislator Election in first Region of Taipei City will be conducted from the election strategy (including promotion, topics and using of mass media), mobilization (within the Party and local regions) and vote allocation. The major studying structure of this thesis is divided into three aspects, including "Election Strategy", "Mobilization" and "Vote Allocation". The election approach of KMT and DPP are studied one by one.
