Abstract

Due to global warming, air conditioner product has become the daily necessaries from luxury goods that used to be. The national electricity consumption on air conditioner energy consumption is about 25%. The technology of air conditioner has been advanced to split air conditioner from window type air conditioner. Installation technique is the most important key factor that influences air conditioner products’ efficiency whether it could perform well or not. Therefore, since 2005, the company in this thesis has been investing plenty of the resources on dealer training to improve the quality of installation. In the past, the training effectiveness on dealer of the air conditioner industries are rare to be researched/studied by the scholars, therefore the purpose of this study is to research the case which has been investing plenty of the resources on dealer training After invested plenty of the manpower and the material resources, targeting on training satisfaction (L1 Reaction level) and learning efficiency (L2 Learning level) of trained dealer employees’. In this thesis iconclude that (1) Trained dealer employees are satisfied with training courses and, (2) After trained grades is obviously better than before and trained employees’ grades is obviously better than untrained. I hope the result of this thesis could be a reference for future training in relative industry.
