探討使用者創新對新產品開發之影響─以電競筆電為例

Abstract

近年來的電競產業也越來越蓬勃發展,而其中電競筆電市場又是一個持續看漲的產業。在與使用者有高度互動的消費性科技產業中,強調從使用者發展的創新會不會影響其產品的開發,是本研究想探究的。因此本研究欲透過使用分層式決策模型 (HDM) 設計之專家問卷,探討在電競筆電產業下,使用者創新對新產品開發之影響。 本研究透過相關文獻的整理,歸納出其四大構面與二十四項準則,並分析使用者創新影響新產品開發之重要因素。 在使用者創新之構面,按照使用者特性之不同,主要分成知識和經驗型、動機和意願型、創造力和技能型與行為和態度型等四個向度加以評估。 本研究之專家問卷發放了 21 位來自電競筆電品牌廠的專家,其中包括微星、華碩、技嘉與宏碁,並經數據分析後,得出以動機和意願型的使用者為首重之研究結論。
In recent years, the esports industry has been thriving, and the gaming laptop market is a rapidly growing sector within this industry. In the consumer technology industry, which has high levels of user interaction, it is important to understand whether innovation developed from user feedback affects product development. Thus, this study aims to explore the impact of user innovation on new product development in the gaming laptop industry using a hierarchical decision-making (HDM) questionnaire designed for experts.This study gathered and analyzed relevant literature to identify the four main dimensions and twenty-four criteria of user innovation that impact new product development.In terms of user innovation, according to the different characteristics of users, it is mainly divided into four dimensions for evaluation: knowledge and experience, motivation and willingness, creativity and skills, and behavior and attitude.The expert questionnaire for this research was distributed to 21 experts from gaming notebook brand manufacturers, including MSI, ASUS, Gigabyte and Acer, and after data analysis, the research conclusion is that the motivation and willingness of users are the most important.
