zh_TW
The main focus of this thesis is to explore the perspectives of parents of school-age myopic children on myopia control and the factors influencing their choice of different control methods. The issue of myopia is increasing annually, and orthokeratology (Ortho-k) is a medically recognized effective control method. However, the coverage of such myopia control products in Taiwan is not high. The study will utilize surveys and interviews to understand parents' awareness of changes in the axial length of the eye, and how this awareness influences their choice of myopia control measures. Additionally, the research will investigate the psychological state and actions of parents upon discovering their child's myopia, with the aim of improving current myopia management through education and information dissemination, helping parents more effectively control the progression of their child's myopia."en_US
