Abstract

本研究在探討關於國中雙語童軍課程設計與實施的行動研究。研究的主要目的包括發展適合雙語教育的童軍教材與學習評量工具、建立雙語教育共備社群的模式,以及為有意參與雙語教育的教師提供具體的建議。研究問題將聚焦於教師教案設計方法、教學者的實踐歷程,以及如何提升學生的學習效果。研究採用了行動研究理論,目的是為了解決實際教學問題和挑戰的方法。整個研究分為四個階段:準備階段、前導研究、實施階段和分析階段。在準備階段,研究者將進行了廣泛的文獻探討,重點關注行動研究理論和童軍課程的相關研究。這些理論和研究為課程教案的撰寫提供了鷹架,幫助課程主題和設計教案的框架。前導研究階段則涉及與共備教師的合作,探討雙語教學的可行性和具體操作方案。這一階段的主要任務是進行初步的教案設計和實踐,為後續的全面實施階段做好準備。在實施階段,研究者與參與的教師共同實施雙語童軍課程。這一過程中,通過觀察、訪談和問卷調查等方法收集大量教學數據。這些數據不僅涵蓋了教師的教學活動,也包括了學生的反應和學習成果。根據這些實際操作結果,對課程和教案進行了反復修正,以提升教學效果和學生學習成果。分析階段則主要是對收集到的資料進行整理和分析。研究採用了質性資料分析方法,對學生的學習情況進行深入分析,以獲取更多的教學實踐經驗和建議。這些質性資料包括課堂觀察記錄、學生反饋和教師反思等。研究者與參與教師的密切合作,以及在教學實踐過程中的反復調整,發揮行動研究在解決實際教學問題和挑戰方面的有效性,為未來的研究和教學改進提供了寶貴的參考。
This study aims to explore the design and implementation of a bilingual scouting curriculum at the junior high school level through action research. The main objectives of the study include developing scouting teaching materials and learning assessment tools suitable for bilingual education, establishing a collaborative model for a bilingual education professional learning community, and providing practical suggestions for teachers interested in bilingual education. The research questions focus on lesson plan design strategies, the implementation process of the instructors, and how to enhance student learning outcomes.The study adopts an action research framework, aiming to address real teaching challenges through a systematic inquiry. The entire research process is divided into four stages: preparation, pilot study, implementation, and analysis.In the preparation stage, the researcher conducted an extensive literature review, with a focus on action research theories and previous studies related to scouting curricula. These theories and studies served as scaffolding for writing the curriculum and structuring the lesson plans. The pilot study phase involved collaboration with co-teaching partners to explore the feasibility and practical implementation of bilingual instruction. The main tasks in this stage included the initial design and trial of lesson plans, laying the groundwork for the full-scale implementation phase.During the implementation stage, the researcher and participating teachers jointly carried out the bilingual scouting curriculum. A large amount of teaching data was collected through observations, interviews, and questionnaires. These data included not only the teaching activities of the instructors but also students’ responses and learning outcomes. Based on these practical results, the curriculum and lesson plans were continuously revised to improve both teaching effectiveness and student learning achievements.In the analysis stage, the collected data were organized and analyzed. Qualitative data analysis methods were adopted to examine student learning in depth, aiming to generate richer teaching insights and suggestions. The qualitative data included classroom observation notes, student feedback, and teacher reflections.Based on the research findings, the study provides practical advice and guidance for teachers in the field of bilingual education. The close collaboration between the researcher and participating teachers, along with the iterative adjustments during the teaching process, demonstrate the effectiveness of action research in addressing real educational problems and challenges, offering valuable references for future research and instructional improvements.
