Abstract
本研究的主要目的,在於探究「我國高中音樂社團現況與發展趨勢」,瞭解台灣高中學生參加音樂社團的意願與學習內涵,並探討學生參與音樂社團是否達到預期之學習成效,以及高中音樂社團對於推動藝術文化整體發展之影響。研究方法採用文獻探討、問卷調查與訪談調查,透過資料整理與分析,獲得具體發現與結論如下:
一、音樂社團應根據學生興趣與學習經驗,擬定系統學習計劃,才能有助益於學生學習成就感的提升與社團團務的發展。
二、音樂社團應提供學生良好的學習環境及參與活動的機會,注重學生個人學習樂器的需求,才能帶動學生主動、積極的學習態度,以提升社團素質。
三、音樂社團教師的專業性、聘任與考績應訂定乙套客觀的標準,才能有效提升社團的水準,並保障教師權益與增進其工作熱忱。
四、學校應確實規劃社團經費預算,詳列不同類型社團之分級補助辦法,以滿足音樂社團各項經費運用之需求。
五、學校應鼓勵社團積極參與社區活動,有效結合社區資源,並帶動社區藝術文化特色發展與藝術推廣教育。
六、根據研究結果,參與音樂社團對於增進個人音樂素養有顯著成效,並能培養執行社團團務的行政能力。
七、學校應輔導社團,建立乙套社團評量辦法,作為社團評鑑與獎勵的標準。
八、教育行政單位應建立相關認證制度,使學生參與社團的優良表現,可作為升學推薦或就業之參考,提升學校、家長與學生對社團的重視程度,及學生個人的參與熱忱與成就表現。
九、音樂社團學生社團認同感與回饋意願高,對於個人終身學習與協助藝術文化發展有相當助益。
根據研究結果,研究者對教育行政單位、學校、高中音樂社團的教師與學生及未來研究者,提出若干具體建議,以作為我國高中音樂社團未來發展之參考。
The purpose of this study is to investigate current situation and trend of musical clubs in high school in Taiwan. The goal of this study is to comprehend the intentions and learning contents of high school students in Taiwan, and to realize if students who joint musical clubs had reached the effects we expected. In addition, the study also evaluates how high school musical clubs influenced the development of art culture in all respects. The study is made via literature discussing, questionnaires, interviews and data analyses to get the finding summarized as follows: 1.Musical clubs have to think highly of the interests and needs of students. Besides, systematical learning plans must be made. Therefore, students can gain the feeling of achievement from learning and the clubs’ affairs can be promoted. 2.Musical clubs should provide students with good learning environment and the chance to join actives; individual’s need of learning instruments should also be noticed. Then students will have positive learning attitude and the quality of clubs will be enhanced. 3.The profession, engagement and the merit system should be regulated under an objective system. Hence, the quality of clubs can be promoted; the rights and interests and the enthusiasm of teachers can be strengthened. 4.Schools should formulate classified subsidy system for different clubs to satisfy the expenditure usage of musical clubs. 5.Schools should encourage clubs to join communityactivities and to integrate community resources effectively. Then community art culture and art promotion education can be inspired. 6.According to the study, students who joint musical clubs can raise personal art capacity, and foster the ability to execute clubs administrative affairs. 7.Schools should assist clubs to set up an evaluation system as the standard of examining and rewarding clubs to enhance clubs’ level. 8.The educational administrative departments should establish related licensing system, taking clubs performances as references for students’ higher education or getting jobs. Thus, schools, parents and students will take clubs more seriously. Furthermore, enthusiasms and achievements of students will also be enhanced. 9.The higher students’ identification of clubs and intentions of feedback are, the better their lifetime learning and art culture development will be. Based on the result of the study, the research came to the recommendations for education administration, schools, teachers and students of musical clubs and future researchers as reference.
