Abstract

在國內金融市場經營環境的多角化及國際化的趨勢下,金融業者正積極的搶攻財富管理市場,如何發展跨銀行、保險及證券等商品行銷的理財規劃人員成為重要課題。本研究旨在探討銀行業理財規劃人員之能力。為達研究目的,採用文獻分析以及得懷術,先探討國內外理財規劃人員相關文獻資料,發展得懷術問卷調查,經 12位專家三回合得懷術問卷的往返,歸納出理財規劃人員能力項目之重要程度及使用頻率。本研究結論如下:(1)銀行業理財規劃人員於知識構面需具備:「熟悉經濟景氣狀況」、「熟悉金融相關產品」、「快速學習複雜的金融商品」、「運用風險管理知識」、「運用投資管理知識」、「運用稅務管理知識」、「運用退休管理知識」及「運用財產管理知識」等八項能力項目,其中以「熟悉金融相關產品」及「運用稅務管理知識」最重要,使用頻率最高。(2)銀行業理財規劃人員於技能構面需具備執行理財程序的能力及業務性的能力,能力項目皆呈現高度重要及高使用頻率。(3)銀行業理財規劃人員於人格特質構面需具備高成就動機、毅力、自信心、樂觀、抗壓性、主動、親和力、道德等人格特質。
The purpose of this study was to explore the competencies of financial planners in banks. In order to accomplish the purpose, literatures review and Delphi technique were utilized. The Delphi method was employed to collect opinionsona draft of competencies identified from literature and interviews. Consequently, the following major conclusions were made: (1)financial planners must have the knowledge of financial environment and products、insurance planning、investment planning、income tax planning、retirement planning and estate planning ; and(2) financial planners must have the skill of selling and problem-solving (3)financial planners must be highly-motivated, persverant, self-confident , positive , resist pressing , self-control led, active, friendly and trust.
