Abstract
本研究旨在探討屏東縣高中音樂社團學生參與動機與社會支持之現況,並分析不同背景變項的音樂社團學生其參與動機及社會支持之差異,進一步瞭解音樂社團學生參與動機與社會支持之相關性。
本研究採用問卷調查法,以屏東縣高中音樂社團學生為研究對象,以研究者自編之「屏東縣高中音樂社團學生參與動機與社會支持之調查問卷」作為研究工具。透過立意抽樣的方式進行調查,發出451份正式問卷,回收392份問卷,回收率87%,有效問卷384份。
本研究結果如下:
1. 屏東縣高中音樂社團學生對參與動機各構面均表示認同,以休閒放鬆認同程度最
高,學校環境認同程度最低。
2. 屏東縣高中音樂社團學生對社會支持各構面均表示認同,以社員支持認同程度最
高,教師支持認同程度最低。
3. 不同性別、音樂社團,以及是否有課外音樂學習經驗的屏東縣高中音樂社團學生在
參與動機上皆有顯著差異。
4. 不同年級、類組、社團參與時程的屏東縣高中音樂社團學生在參與動機上皆無顯著
差異。
5. 不同類組、音樂社團、社團參與時程,以及是否有課外音樂學習經驗的屏東縣高中
音樂社團學生在社會支持上皆有顯著差異。
6. 不同性別、年級的屏東縣高中音樂社團學生在社會支持上皆無顯著差異。
7. 屏東縣高中音樂社團學生參與動機與社會支持呈顯著中度正相關。
最後,本研究依據研究結果,分別對學校行政、教師、家長與未來研究提出建議。
This study aimed to investigate the current situation, to analyze the differences among background variables, and then to find out the correlation between senior high school students’ participating motivation and social support for musical clubs in Pingtung County. Questionnaire survey was conducted to achieve these goals. Research subjects were musical club students in the senior high schools of Pingtung County. The self-made instrument, “The Questionnaire on Senior High School Students’ Participating Motivation and Social Support for Musical Clubs in Pingtung County” was used in the study. In total, 451 questionnaires were distributed and 392 were collected. The collection rate was 87% with 384 effective copies. According to the findings, seven research results were shown as follows: 1. In terms of degree of recognition on participating motivation, all the participants showed recognition on every aspect. The aspect of recreational relaxation reached the highest level of recognition while the aspect of school environment reached the lowest . 2. In terms of degree of recognition on social support, all the participants showed recognition on every aspect. The aspect of club members’ support reached the highest level of recognition while the aspect of teachers’ support reached the lowest . 3. There were significant differences on the students’ participating motivation among those of different genders, different musical clubs and those with/without extracurricular musical learning experience. 4. There was no significant difference on the students’ participating motivation among those in different grades, different majors and different time participating in the clubs. 5. There were significant differences on the social support among students in different majors, different musical clubs, different time participating in the clubs and with/without extracurricular musical learning experience. 6. There was no significant difference on the social support among students of different genders and those of different grades. 7. The senior high school students’ participating motivation and the social support for musical clubs in Pingtung County showed moderate positive correlation. Lastly, suggestions were presented to school administration, teachers, parents, and future research as references according to the findings of the study.
