dc.description.abstract資優教育的概念，在實際教育上的應用分三種層次：1.智商，2.創造能力 ，3.特殊能力。中美的教育計劃大都以智商做為設計資優教育的根本。美國小 學的資優教育計劃分1.自足式特殊教育計劃－加速跳級或充實課程的方式；2. 回歸主流教育計劃；3.特殊計劃－特殊學校內實施。美國中學的資優教育計劃 分為1.偏遠地區定期舉辦專題討論會；2.都市地區的特殊班型態。最後作者針 對我國資優教育提出問題和看法。zh_tw
