桃園縣國中生父母教養態度、班級氣氛與生涯自我概念之相關研究

Abstract
本研究旨在探討桃園縣國中生所知覺父母教養態度、班級氣氛與生涯自我概念在不同背景變項的差異情形,並探討桃園縣國中生父母教養態度、班級氣氛與生涯自我概念之相關情形。本研究以問卷調查法進行,採立意叢集抽樣,共抽取桃園縣九所公立國中七、八、九年級男女學生,有效樣本計有1070人。研究工具使用「生涯自我概念量表」、「父母教養態度量表」、「班級氣氛」量表。問卷資料以單因子多變項變異數分析、典型相關分析、多元逐步回歸分析等統計方法進行分析整理,研究結果如下:
一、國中生之生涯自我概念、父母教養態度與班級氣氛的現況,屬中等程度。
二、國中生之生涯自我概念,在性別、年級、家庭社經地位上,達顯著差異。
三、國中生之母親教養態度,在年級與家庭社經地位上,達顯著差異。
四、國中生之父親教養態度,在性別、年級、家庭社經地位、家庭結構上,達顯著差異。
五、國中生之班級氣氛在性別、年級、家庭結構上,達顯著差異。
六、國中生之父母教養態度與生涯自我概念有一組典型相關存在,且達顯著差異。
七、國中生之不同父母教養類型,與生涯自我概念達顯著差異。
八、國中生之班級氣氛與生涯自我概念有二組典型相關存在,且達顯著差異。
九、父母教養態度與班級氣氛對整體生涯自我概念有顯著預測力。
最後研究者依據本研究結果加以討論,並提出具體建議以作為國中生生涯輔導工作及未來研究之參考。
The purpose of the study was to investigate the differences and relationships of parents’ rearing attitude, classroom climate and career self-concept between various backgrounds of junior high school students. We also examined the predictability of parents’ rearing attitude and classroom climate to career self-concept for junior high school students. The study gathered information through questionnaire surveys. Participants were 1070 students (521 males and 549 females) from 9 junior high schools in Taoyuan, Taiwan. The instruments applied included Parents’ Rearing Attitude Scale, Classroom Climate Scale and Career Self-concept Scale. The obtained data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, one-way MANOVA, canonical correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The main findings were as follows: 1.The overall and individual levels from Parents’ Rearing Attitudes Scale, Classroom Climate Scale and Career Self-concept Scale for participants were rated as average or better. 2.Career self-concept of junior high school students varied significantly in terms of gender, grades and social-economic status. 3.Mother’s Rearing Attitude of junior high school students varied significantly in terms of grades and social-economic status. 4.Father’s Rearing Attitude of junior high school students varied significantly in terms of gender, grades, social-economic status and family structures. 5.Classroom Climate of junior high school students varied significantly in terms of gender, grades and family structures. 6.The canonical correlation between parents’ rearing attitude and career self-concept was significant. 7.The canonical correlation between classroom climate and career self-concept was significant. 8.Career self-concept of junior high school students varied significantly on different types of parents’ rearing attitude. 9.The predictabilities of parents’ rearing attitude and classroom climate on career self-concept were significant. Among which the Mother’s rearing attitude and the satisfaction and competition of classroom climate were the most predictable. According to the findings above, suggestions for career guidance, parenting education and further researches were discussed and proposed.
