dc.description.abstractCareer development is a lifelong process for students with giftedness. The author firstly analyzed the results of some researches on career development of gifted students and the status quo of career counseling in gifted education in Taiwan. Then, the author pinpointed some important issues from the viewpoints of career development and gifted traits. At last, she made some suggestions in implementing the career counseling for gifted students.en_US
